im proud of you ![]() im still holding at my 20 lb loss. i am on vacation and am doing the best i can. ive decided to skip the injections the next 4 days and just eat LC. as long as im holding steady im ok with it. once i get the vacation out of the way ill stay on protocol til august. not bad for a 3 week loss, cant wait to see what a month more can do. then on to p3 then back to p2 then back to p3 which will be perfect timing for my next vacation.

I have a few questions:
How much water are you drinking? Are you following strict protocol? Are you exercising? I'm sure I'll think of some others. I drink a ton of water, don't exercise (at all) and am following strict protocol. Here's a typical menu for me: Breakfast - black coffee, one orange and two melbas w/ acv Lunch - one large tomato w/ some type of meat (today's it's shrimp) Mid-Afternoon Snack: one orange Dinner - two cups of spinach w/ some type of meat (tonight it's steak) I have this menu pretty much every day and enjoy it. In twenty-seven days, I've had four very small gains, but that's to be expected and I know that so I'm patient. Congrats on your losses so far. HTH! You can do it! ![]()

R3P2VLCD-D3 I was down 2.4 more this morning, so I think things will settle into the lower numbers now... (I was not truly expecting another 10 this morning, but it would have made this quicker) haha... nope! No such luck! But I will take it as it comes, my punishment for losing control of myself again... Lildrew... did you eliminate the extras you were adding? Maybe you should go without the fruit and add a bit more protein and see what happens. |

I'm sorry! Hang in there-- you might try switching up your menu (eliminate beef?) for a day and see what happens.
