I use either Emeril's Essence, Old Bay, or Spike (Vegit is the one I have). The recipe for EE is super easy and can be found here:

For crab, I sometimes make crab cakes (100g crab meat, + melba that's been pulverized into crumbs, add in seasonings of choice, a t of ACV, a T of lemon juice, and a clove of minced garlic, form into two patties, cook @ 350 for 10-20 min till brown. I also just eat it plain with lemon juice... pretending it's butter.

im still holding at my 20 lb loss. i am on vacation and am doing the best i can. ive decided to skip the injections the next 4 days and just eat LC. as long as im holding steady im ok with it. once i get the vacation out of the way ill stay on protocol til august. not bad for a 3 week loss, cant wait to see what a month more can do.
then on to p3 then back to p2 then back to p3 which will be perfect timing for my next vacation.

Aw thank you! I would have done the same if I were going on vacation too. I noticed on my last p3 that when i stuck to meat I lost, I know youre not supposed to but thats the first time it happened. You can slawys get a grden salad steak veggies cheese. It's doable.

Good Morning Everyone! I'm UP .4 this morning...it could be because TOM just left, but I decided to increase my water intake anyway. I already drink well over a gallon.

I can't wait to be under 200. Have a great day everyone!

You can do it!
I try to drink at least 2 liters of water, plus coffee, tea, and bubbly water.

I have been super strict. I have not wavered yet.

No exercise, but I might start walking if it ever cools down!

This is what I typically eat:
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: P2 Chili or chicken and cucumbers, grissini
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Steak or hamburger and asapragus or spinach, grissini
Snack: Apple or strawberries
It has worked so far! 18.5 in 18 days!

R3P2VLCD-D3 I was down 2.4 more this morning, so I think things will settle into the lower numbers now... (I was not truly expecting another 10 this morning, but it would have made this quicker) haha... nope! No such luck! But I will take it as it comes, my punishment for losing control of myself again...

Lildrew... did you eliminate the extras you were adding? Maybe you should go without the fruit and add a bit more protein and see what happens.

Here it is...

I do 4 days worth at a time, which would be 8 servings...


800g diced chicken breast
4 14 oz cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomatoe paste
5 heaping tbsps chili seasoning, I use mc cormick-no sugar
1 heaping tbsp dark read chili powder

cook chicken, add other ingredients, simmer for about 20 mins.

then portion out into 8 containers and refrigerate until use

reheat in microwave for 1 min 30 sec


I eat it for Lunch and Dinner, small apple for afternoon snack and small apple for evening snack. I do not eat the melbas....and I consume at least 120 oz of h2o, no other drinks of any kind for me...

I am still at 170.4 today...no loss for me. It seems that I will have one or two days of losing, then 1 day the same, then 1-2 days more of losing. So tomorrow I anticipate another small drop...I just hope it's enough to get that scale at 169 or under

I am loving getting into all my smaller capris and shorts right now though! Even if the scale stalls right here for a little bit I'm fine with where I am for now! Heck...just 2 weeks ago I was feeling bloated and fat and not fitting into much in my closet. Now, my side/back fat rolls are diminshed, I'm not bloated, and I have at least 5 pcs of lower body clothing I can wear. So slap my tushie and call me happy

Amy, this so made me giggle!! I can totally agree and relate to the bloated fat feeling that goes away so quickly with HCG. I feel much better in 2 days, down 12.4 lbs (all water weight) but it takes that bloated feeling with it!! Yeah! Slap my tushie too!!

Thanks! I am going to stick to Protocol for at least a couple more days and see what happens. I want to give everything a chance to work and then slowly try different things to shift the weight. I am trying not to get all gung-ho about changing too many things too quickly. It get's me into trouble and makes me impatient. :blush:

I'm only eating 500 calories...it's gotta start coming off eventually, right?

That is awesome!! I love fitting into smaller clothing! My back fat is also diminishing, which is sooooo good.

I'm down 2#s this morning!! I couldn't believe it when I saw the number. That is 13.4#s (9.4 net).

Drew, yeah~~ Glad it moved this morning...

On that note, notta for me this morning a big o' 0 BOO!! LOL... I am pretty sure it should not be a 0 yet.. but I will plug on and see what happens tomorrow. Might be exercising too much. Walked twice for 30 minutes and did Tae Bo for 45 minutes yesterday...

I tend to stick to the lower sugar-fruits. I've started to slow down a bit too already...and I've added in some Walden Farms dressings so I think I need to go back to just the basics.

On that note, notta for me this morning a big o' 0 BOO!! LOL... I am pretty sure it should not be a 0 yet.. but I will plug on and see what happens tomorrow.
Me too....big ole FAT -0- for the 2nd day in a row. I'm cutting out my breadsticks today, and having only ACV on my salads instead of the WF dressing. My water is in check...and I only have 1-2 cups of iced coffee a day.

I need to take my own advice and just hang in there and not let it get at me
