How do I count the drops? In a mirror?

Also, do I have to take the drops at the same time every day or is it ok to vary times?

Ok, just read this answer on another forum:

I always just counted the drops while looking in the mirror I didn't want to take the chance on contaminating the other drops in the bottle. Also make sure you don't touch the dropper on your tongue or lips.

I found that if I took my drop at 6:30 am, around 2pm and again around 8pm I never had any hunger.

I watched 10 drops go into the bottle from the dropper a couple of times and saw how full the dropper should be. Then I filled it to that much each time and put the drops under my tongue. Hubby would tease me because I would let them sit under my tongue for so long. (Somehow, I thought they worked better if I let them stay longer - LOGIC SMOGIC! - it just felt like it!)

I always use a mirror when I put my drops under the tongue. I even have a small one for my purse. There were days when I could not take the drops when I was used to--that is because when I work I cannot do the drops there. So on different days I would have different dosing times. Didn't effect me one way or the other.

Someone mentioned on another thread (Dawm maybe?) that they got the "rules for homeopathics" with their bottle? I got curios and looked it up, I read that if you count your drops onto a spoon, you must use a plastic spoon. HTH

Everyone is different. I did mine at 7am, 3pm, and 9pm - when I couldn't get there I'd do it an hour later - but I didn't vary more than 2 hours later.

Ok, well I took my first 2 doses on a metal spoon and I had the bottle next to my computer monitor for a day or so when I first got it. Am I doomed?

I can't speak to the metal spoon question. Here's my guess. If you loaded correctly, then I imagine you can gauge things by the degree of your appetite. Perhaps give it a few days?

No only the Rx injections will show positive on a pregnancy test.
