Good Morning Friends! I'm down another .8.... This is the lowest I've weighed in about a year. I can't wait to hit onderland! It sure has been a long time! I'm uising the Intermountain hhcg pellets, they are good for 40 days, I'm half way through my round, but I noticed it doesn't look like I've used half of the bottle. Has anyone else noticed this?

Have a great day and I'll BBL...

If you can get through the visit and stay on plan you will be much further ahead. If you are tired of eating apples can you have the oranges or grapefruit it will be a nice change or have some unsweetened apple sauce.
Thank you for reminding me about switching up my fruit, thats a great idea!

either way im proud of myself, ive been trying to accomplish that goal for 10 years
ill make it by next week for sure
ill be on vacation for 10 straight days
im prepared

2 weeks ago i was so worried and about to just do LC for vacation
but why set myself back, p3 will come soon enough
the thing that has really saved me lately is that i was reading alot of people have 1 bag of the 100 cal smartsnacks popcorn instead of their bread
this is a lifesaver at nite and you can get those flavorings to put on it that are zero calories, just use a little
and im still losing 1 lb a day
its just a little something to look forward to at the end of the day
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SLEEPY!!!!

I must admit that I am freaking out a little as the inevitable P3 approaches. I have said here and there since my VLCDs began that I am afraid of P3. This was actually the original reason I went from 23 to 40 days, and now am stretching it out to 60 days (or however long until I reach 199 lbs). I know P3 is the most important phase and I am really and truly afraid of mucking things up. I've come SO far in my journey! Having said that, I will tell you that after almost 60 days on protocol, you know what I daydream about? Not cakes or cookies or junk food - SALAD! Massive Cobb salads! With bacon and avocado and cheese and grilled chicken, piled high to the heavens!!
You are so inspiring me to continue! Thanks for sharing!

Tomorrow will be the end of wk 2 of VLCD. I am almost out of the non HCG drops and ready to continue with my Intermountain Pellets that actually DO contain HCG. I want to plan P3 for when I go on vacation and plan to be on P3 for 2 weeks only before starting R2. I am an educator and I should be able to complete a Round of about 21 days before heading back to work and that would probably finish off the IM pellets too. By then, I should be at MY goal. We will see how it works.

Hitting those milestones feel so great!! It's so close for you, keep it up!

I am down 2 lbs. this morning! After yesterday's no-loss I was very happy to see that! I'm getting back to being in my "comfortable-fat-range"...which is the low-170's. It's funny, because the big clincher that tells me I'm gaining (besides the clothes getting tighter)...are the 2 skin rolls along my sides/back. I have this area where when I start to feel them touching...I know I've gone too far and need to address things. So now...they're almost gone I'm looking forward to getting to the 160's...and STAYING there. I'm so darn sick of the 170's it makes me want to go postal

Not sure now if we're going camping tomorrow. Hubby is driving up today to check out the site, it may very well still be snowed in. We've had massive amounts of snow in the Sierra's this winter, so we don't know if it's cleared the meadow we go camping in. I'm fine with whatever we do...

Last night I promised myself that if my weight went down a significant amount that I would keep going these last 13 days. (I only have 13 syringes left and about that much in my vial) So, I got on the scale this morning and lo and behold, I'm down 1.8 lbs. I was actually mad because it would give me a reason to stop for a few weeks, so I tossed the idea around in my head while I got ready for work. I even filled the syringe, packed it with ice and took it with me just in case I decided what to do in between. Then I got to work and told my friends and they said just stick with it you can do it.

Good luck on your plan! You've done very well thus far.

No change for me today. It could be the Goldfish (likely), the beef (maybe), or the fact that TOM is on his way... I'm not discouraged. I need to finish up my meal prep so I'm not tempted more than necessary this weekend. We are leaving tomorrow afternoon... very excited!

So here I am, on the 13 day countdown. Actually 12 days plus 72 hours so I have a potential of losing somewhere in the range of 5-10 lbs more. With my body there is a difference between 246 and 236 lbs, and if anything I will get some cushion.

Now I understand what people meant by refeeding, but it's so easy to become derailed on the emotional rollercoaster when you do go off plan. It takes forever to get back but when you do I am thinking that it helps you get bigger losses. I hope anyway.

Last night I couldn't eat my last apple of the day. I decided to have a breadstick instead. I know that you're not supposed to do that but at this point I'm even sick of apples and I have a million left in my fridge.

its only 12 more days + 72 hours
you can do it!
your loss is excellent
thanks for the bday wishes

Has anyone been experiencing leg cramps? Like the drop-to-your-knees-in-pain-charlie-horse kind? I have been waking up to them the past couple days. Haven't had them this bad since I was pregnant!

Guess it's time for more potassium!

I never had leg cramps but I would get some aches on my back but if I was taking potassium I didn't get any, I also added sea salt to my food everyday.

That was happening to me but someone suggested taking potassium to me and that has helped and I haven't had them since.

Checking in - R1P2D25 - third morning with no loss...praying tomorrow I will see something move on the scale cuz I really don't enjoy apple days. I did one and got a weird delirious almost drunk feeling in the evening...my hubby was wondering what kind of crack I smoked or if I had been drinking...LOL

Down .5 this morning.

Breakfast was a LC protein shake
Lunch was P2 chili
apple in the afternoon

baked white fish is in the oven

At work I turned down 2 invitations to lunch and a really good ice cream bar that someone walked a long way to present to me. I gratefully accepted, smiled and said what a great guy he was, I'd save it for break. Took it straight to the fridge (somebody is sure to find it and eat it.)

I really had to come to an agreement with myself today that I would do this and try to follow as close as I can. I don't have that far to go (inner princess was using that argument.) and I will prevail to my maintenance goal.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Amylou~ I didn't see the link the first time around--- WOW! You are very talented!! KUTGW! It has to be hard to avoid "tasting"... this is why I avoid baking during P2 & only make my hubby and son things I know how to make from memory.

I think I'm going to go to the store and see if I can get some more crab.... I'm craving it and nothing else sounds as good.

I also want to pick up more radishes. I tried to make the radish chips, but put the wrong disc on my slicer/shredder and... shredded them. Didn't work quite right, go figure.

"Extend" shake that I bought from Netrition. Mixed with water, it has a lot of protein but only 1.5 grams fat and 2 net carbs.

I don't think I really recommend even a low carb protein shake on this plan, though. I'll probably regret it.

Thanks Lilac. I am not too terribly worried, except, I am ravenous and fidgety and fussy inside....am contemplating ending this round...I know! Am I crazy or what? I'm afraid I'm going to cave in big time and tonight was just about the undoing of me. I ended up eating a burger patty. I had eaten at my usual time of 5:30. The guys finally wanted burgers grilled around 7. Our power had been off for about 7 hours already and the house was hot (116 degrees outside) and no one even wanted to grill at that point till it cooled off a little. I was gonna dive into the corn chips several times, but kept from it and finally I just said, eat a burger and stop this madness! I couldn't even go to bed, or do anything on the computer or sew or nothin'! I highly doubt the heat was my biggest concern...I was having technological withdrawals!!

Anyhow, I am on the edge about continuing my drops tomorrow. I get fearful of that binge that always seems around the corner......

-3.5 today. That puts me within 1/2 lb of being within a healthy rate range!
Suspicious that it is water weight; got up 3 times in the night! But I'll take it and thanks to HCG. I was beginning to wonder if I even had a clue or if I should go on over to the rogue thread.

Since I track my weight in my signature on the first of the month, I get to claim 148.5

Well, I'm off to closet shop, hope everybody gets a whoosh

I'm down 1.2 this morning, and I'm so happy that I kept going. I got so close to throwing in the towel, and thenthis morning I fit into Levi's that didn't fit a week ago. Feels so good!!!!! And it's PAYDAY!!!! 12 days to go! Although I tried to see mow much liquid is left in the vial but I can't tell exactly so 12 days or when the hcg is gone!

Down another .5 today. That's 3 days in a row with a .5 loss, which is good for me.

I made a "milestone" as well. My BMI is now 24.8, so I am no longer "overweight!"

good job I am glad you are down, it is hard to continue once you are past your 21 days and you only see little losses.

Good Morning Everyone! I'm down another .6....for a total of 17 pounds gone in 21 days. All I can say is....

From day # 1 I've had lots of energy, no hunger, no cravings and I feel fantastic. Yesterday at work, we had an ice cream social, I helped serve and didn't want any! A co-worker of mine is doing hcg and she had some ice cream. She's also the one who said she was starving every day on her first round because she was UNDER-EATING and never follows the directions. Then she said she gained a bunch of weight back because she binged after her round was over. What's the point if it's not going to be followed as a lifestyle change? To me, that's exactly what this is.

Congratulations to all of us!
