I ate to BMR yesterday, had .2 gone today. And the body fat % went down a smidge, that was nice.

That's still .2 above my window, so I will try another CD today. I'm guessing it's TOM kicking my butt since I lost nothing after Monday's GY CD, but I still think I need to do something since I'm so close to loading.

I have no whole chickens nor chicken thighs on hand, so y'all will get to hear if my chicken wing CD works. I know my DD is looking forward to the wings.

My doctor told me that as long as you are following the strict protocol foodwise and exercising that you can go down a little at a time and reset it there. You may need to stay on P3 longer to make sure it is really reset. If you are just losing without building muscle, you are most likely losing essential fat and not stored fat (the bad stuff) and will regain it like any other diet. I know that is not according to the book. That's just my 2 cents

Morning, all!

I ate GY all day yesterday, until dinnertime when I had a MASSIVE 80/20 burger with a little SF ketchup. Yum!

And, this morning, back down nicely to LDW, so I'm pretty happy about that too!

Counting down the days . . . vacation starts on July 11, so heading into P4 for three weeks. Trying to figure out when to start round 2, which will probably happen in late August.

I have to say I miss the high of getting on the scale every day . . . I swear, the losses are as addictive as gambling or drugs! As much as P3 food is fun, I'm looking forward to another P2 round!

Red, you and I must have channeled the same housekeeping genie -- I popped the kids onto the bus, and then on a whim picked up the gardening shears. Suddenly it was 2 1/2 hours later, and there I was, drenched in sweat, having trimmed nearly all the bushes in the garden (a sorely needed job!). Whew!

Have a great day, all!

I think some people have adjusted their window down just make sure you are getting in enough calories you want to be able to eat alot so figure out how many you should eat each day, as long as you are eating in that range you will be ok.

Hopfully some of the veteran will come in here and help you out with this, I never went below my window although it would have been nice.

Woo Hoo! Egg day (4 eggs x 2 meals=8) plus veggies, nothing else, and I'm down to only 1 pound above LIW. I am still eating some eggs today, and trying my Ezekiel bread and a teensy weensy bit of HWC in my coffee after lasering it two nights ago. That's all for the testing for me today. I woke up in the middle of the night from a Berniece visit, probably from the miracle noodles I had the other day LOL.... that helped!

Today is Wednesday and in less than 48 hours I am on my way to vacay.... daughter landed yesterday there ahead of us and already got some healthy groceries. There is a Whole Foods market near where we are going to be and that means I will get some of my necessaries without stressing for my condo meals.

My newest bathing suit came last night. A "miracle" suit - one piece, black. It looks pretty good!

I'm back down the .8 I was up yesterday so that's great. Holding pretty steady at 146.4 with a few days left to go before loading for R3. I guess getting down to 145 (my LDW) before Sunday would be too much to ask right? Oh well, as long as I can stay in my window I will consider myself very lucky.

I totally agree with you I achieved my goal and have had a pretty easy p3 (no correction days yet) but I now find myself wanting to do another round and adjust my goal. I felt very in control, had lots of energy and loved it when I weighed while in p2. Now that I know this protocol works, I think a lower goal is realistic and a good idea!

Thanks for the input. I am exercising but not a lot-- I'm only getting to the gym about once a week right now, but definitely need to pick up more strength training. I had a little pizza and tom could strike at any moment -i'm up 4 lbs but trying not to freak out. ( I had to struggle not to freak out last month too)

Oh my -- grilled swordfish, marinated in lime juice, soy sauce, and a little honey (hope that doesn't give me trouble), and steamed green beans with tons of butter, S&P. It was SOOOOO GOOOOOD!!!!!!

Tomorrow, on the road with my son -- we're stopping at Bobby Flay's restaurant, Bobby's Burger Palace (yep, a teenage boy just hates being taken to an all-burger restaurant!). They have a menu of a bunch of burgers (OK, you might have guessed that), and they'll make any burger into a salad by losing the bun and putting the burger over greens with some dressing. NICE!!!!

(OK, no fries or onion rings for this girl . . . sad but true)

Kellie, I ended up adjusting my window down by 5 pounds. I kept staying in the 126's and 127's during most of P3 and my LDW was 131, which I never saw again. I like it also

Good beautiful morning everyone!

They are saying we'll have a drop dead gorgeous day here on beautiful eastern long island. I saw 147 on the scale this morning! I didn't have much of an appetite yesterday, and that actually isn't good. I'm not about a low number, I'm about teaching my body that we LOVE us some calories!!! Almost a month now!

I did eat a half a container of Cocount Bliss ice cream. LOL I don't even want to think about how many calories was in that! Tomorrow will tell me if it was a problem, but I don't think so! And, I used some of my keto-strips afterward, and I was still in ketosis. How cool is that?

I was sofa bound yesterday too. After spending 5 and a half hours cleaning on Tuesday. Intense joint pain as residual of Lyme. Guess I need to take it easier. But my house was so clean and sparkly!!

Today is a long day - wont' be on computer. Have a good one everybody!

Chicken wings seemed to work fine! I'm down 2 pounds today.

Although since TOM is packing up and getting ready to leave, it's hard to tell what's going on.

But I'm happy...135 today. I sure missed veggies yesterday!

Thank you. I was eating up to bmr and over at times and over p3 lost down to 141.8 from 145.6 . At least I know I'm not the lone ranger So far the only time I bounce up higher than 142.6 is TOM and ovulation. (which never fails to freak me out, even when I'm expecting it)

hi all! day two of my first p3 here
i ate at my BMR yesterday and was down a pound this morning, but i had gone up three pounds in my last couple days of p2 so i think i am getting rid of that water weight. i had three fried eggs with cheese, 12 homemade chicken wings with blue cheese, salsa and sour cream with cheese crisps, and then half a container of blueberries so i'm pretty happy! my BMR was around 1500 calories which i thought was low, but i had trouble getting up to it yesterday so i *hope* i will do well!
good luck to everyone else

This is my first day of P3 and I haven't eaten yet. Will start off with steak, broccoli, butter and lemon and will cut out all fruit for now. I want to see my weight stabilize, but even more, I want to see my blood sugar come down to normal levels, so this will be an experiment to see what staying off fruit and limiting veggie carbs will do for that.

I am currently 0.6 below LIW and will use ****** to help me figure out what I am doing. I am also going to be treating myself for my numerous food allergies and see if that helps, too.

Good Morning! I am down .4 to 146 which is only 1 lb above LDW. Hopefully I can stay here or lower until I start loading on Sunday for R3.

KelliC and Debbiec58: That's amazing that you both were able to stay below your LDW throughout P3 and P4. Would you mind sharing what's been working for you? I had such a hard time stabilizing this P3 and I want to be a little more prepared next time around.

Have a great day!

I don't know if it's anything I'm "doing" because it seems like some others are doing about the same things but struggling to stay in the window. I will say that I didn't cheat AT ALL. I did dive right into p3, Took it easy on dairy for a couple of days and then was eating cheese on everything Bacon too-I don't even want to discuss how much $ i spent on bacon:blush:. But I did no sugar and no starches --even peanuts until p4. Even now -I'm past the 3 week mark in p4 but I still watch how much starch and sugar. Most goodies are made with xylitol and flax or almond flour. I think the most starch I've had in one day was a small baked potato and a few bites of cake at lunch, and a cheese burger (with most of the bun, I did pick some off) and about 1/4 serving of fries. I'm just thankful beyond words that hhcg worked. Good luck with your next round

Weighed in over my window this morning. But after a nice visit from Bernice (baby came back) I was down below - and that was after breakfast! Still trying to keep it pretty clean today. TOM is looming too so I'm sure I'll be riding that line for awhile.

House guests are arriving tomorrow afternoon and the cleaning fairy has not been my friend lately. It would be better if I could stay off of here:blush: Guess I better get the child to bed and get busy doing something productive.

Have a good evening all!
