Update on progress for everyone, charts.

So here are my charts. I am officially 60 pounds down. The first drop on the first chart was my highest weight, and I lost down to the 232 using low carb and exercise. Since the 232, it has all been HCG. The last chart shows the last ridiculous roller coaster getting to anything below 190...talk about frustrating, but I finally got below the 190.
Also, the drop into the 180s was after starting a supplement called Tone and using it with the HCG. The Tone is amazing!! Takes care of all cravings and keeps me from having "just a little" of those things I shouldn't be eating.

I haven't been in the 180's since probably 1997 or so. Can't begin to say how excited I am about it! It is amazing to me how well this works, and wish I had found it years ago. I have never been able to say I am "over halfway to goal", because somehow, some way I always manage to sabotage myself.

I've been on P3 so I have not updated this graph in a few weeks. Today I'm 170.8, so soon I will be able to add lower weights. Hopefully they will update as they did on the other thread.
