Apple day for a gain?

I know we do apple days if we stall, but could I also do one for a gain? I don't like seeing the scale going UP, even though I know it is water and TOM related.

Maybe the apples would get the water moving?

Hon, you KNOW it's water! Hang in there and when TOM leaves so will the water. Itr's hard mentally but I wouldn't do an apple day. If anything, I would do a 500cal protein day. JMHO

Apple day worked for me. So has switching it up. Turns out my body is not a great responder to consistency. This is my tread for details. I'm still fighting the battle, but feel like I just may be winning the war.

My alternating re-feed experiment
