Leg pain? Help needed!
So, Hubby has been having bad leg pains/RSL type syndrome. He takes potassium (about 400mg), but that doesn't seem to help much at all. Neither does Quinine. This only happens to him while in P2, by the way. Any suggestions for the poor boy? I can't think of anything else to suggest to him other than to eat more, but he doesn't want to hear that, LOL. Thanks in advance!

When I am in P2 I take 8 capsules of the potassium a day. That is the equivalent of the prescription potassium pills. Is he taking that many/that much? I suggest upping that potassium.

Thanks ladies, I'll suggest both to him. He may try upping the potassium first, if I know him - but I'm glad to know there's a few things to try. I feel bad for him, he's so uncomfortable.
