What kind of beef do you eat on P2?

Besides the lean ground beef?

I have only had the ground beef. I'd like to try some other types of beef but I don't even know what types of beef are considered lean.

I like to use tenderloin. I sometimes grind it in the kitchenaide and it makes the BEST grilled burger EVER!

I ate veal, too. I had never had it before hCG but wasn't really impressed...

Besides that, I gained or maintained every stinkin' time I had beef!

Sirloin -- the lowest fat, which is important for P2!!

I got sirloin steaks, cut off any visible fat, and then cut into 3.5 oz portions.

Me too.

I got 5 portions from one steak last week, and then cut that up into a green salad, with lemon juice as the dressing - pretty good.

Frys Grocery store always has the best Top Round Roast. All you have to do is trim the fat season with salt and pepper, and stick it in the oven at 400* for 20 minutes flipping it half way thru at the then minute mark. I even put a little pam on it. Then I slice some very thin and yum! It's so good.

Flank steak is really low fat too. Marinated in some Braggs and grilled. Yum!
