What day do you count your losses for the week?

For instance, to know what your first week's losses were, did you go by your weight on VLCD7 or VLCD8 (since there had been 7 full days of low calorie on day 8)?

I would say it doesn't really matter as long as you stay consistent whichever way you choose.

I always counted the weight the morning after the week ended, just b/c it makes the most sense to me. So for Week 1, I would weigh on the morning of the 8th day and count that weight. But Raven is right: either way will work.

I weigh daily, as the Protocol says to do. A week is 7 days, so I have a rolling "weekly" loss.

I count VLCD7 as a "week", since VLCD21 is generally LDW - plus first week's losses are always the best anyways. So my first week is short a day.

I guess we all do it a little differently.

Same... My 'week' starts on my first injection day... and my spreedsheet keeps track daily and weekly (this round my check point days are Tues). Just to note, however, my spreadsheet tracks my load days but does not start to adjust and/or track until I enter my morning weight on vlcd2. I downloaded the free tracker (forget where now)... and tweaked it for my own... 'neurotic' needs. Adding all kinds of check points (mini goals)... and other things...
