yogurt question
if a person has to do a correction day, and you use the yogurt it has to be fat free-right, and i learned in my atkins days, to make yocheese, would this be acceptable and not use greek yogurt

If you are in P3, the higher the fat the better in your yogurt. You don't do correction days in P2. I'm not familiar with yocheese. HTH

Yocheese is drained plain yogurt -- makes a thick yogurt similar to Greek Yogurt, carbs drain of with the whey. (Called yocheese because it's cream-cheese-like, I think)
Anyway, Shelby's right -- full fat all the way! |
