As a nurse, any sublingual med regardless of what it is, you should withhold water and food for a period of time after placing under tongue and it is dissolved. I would stick with the 15 minute rule even with the pellets. But, that would be after dissolution not placement under tongue.

Down 2 lbs today.

After but not before? Thanks for the clarification.

Yes, 2 liters of water during loading too, and have you noticed that the first couple of days you go a lot more often?

My instructions say no liquids or food 15 minutes before or after taking the drops, and to hold drops under tongue for 2 minutes. 10 minutes? Holy Crap! I talk too much to do that

I can't hold my drops for 10 minutes, the salivary glands kick in and ya gotta swallow.

I've been trying to drink more water in the past few days, even before loading. I'm not doing as well as I'd like thus far today (water-wise), but it's only 2pm Calorie-wise, I'm fine. I'm good @ loading! I won't mention specifics, 'cause that's just mean

10 minutes is hard! I usually make it, but my hubby always seems to have a question @ that time.

You need to wait at least 15 mins. before and after taking your drops/pellets before you eat or drink anything.

I let the pellets dissolve under my tongue for about 2 mins. then if there is anything left I crunch it and leave it under my tongue.

No, I don't try to get in my water when I load. It gets in the way of the food. Don't worry about getting in the water.

Extra protein would seem ok, but if it were me, I would stick with club soda and lime or diet pop.

Good luck!

Nice loss!
Thank you and I'll take your advice on the massage. I had my hair hilighted two days before my first loading day and by the time I go again, my first round will be over.

Twenty pounds before the end of July sounds very doable.

Down 0.4 today, which makes up for yesterday and a bit more. Lasered strawberries again yesterday, will laser grapefruit again today (noticed some reaction to it yesterday), and my allergy kit should be here this afternoon or tomorrow.

darn i was up .4 this morning, i kind of thought i would be---ate out yesterday for the first time since starting and had rotissere shredded chicken breast over romaine lettuce, took my own dressing, but i know the chicken had to be injected---resturant meat always is, to make it juicy and tasty---it did not taste salty, but probably had some sugar in it---i knw its jut water weight, so hopefully be gone tomorrow---drinking lots of water and tea today

happy thursday everyone---raining again here today

No loss today, but I will probably have one tomorrow.=)
I blame it on stress. It's the end of my 4th week, and 23nd day... if things slow down really bad I don't know if I will make it to the end of July. We will see what happens! Think thin!

Down 1.3 today, for a total of 10.5 pounds (finally broke the 10 pound mark!). Started using my new pellets yesterday, so maybe that's why I lost so much in one day.

Also I've lost 1 inch in my waist and 1 inch in my hips since this time last week. I didn't measure myself the first week as I didn't want to know . . . One more inch in each and I'll go down one pant size!

Amazingly I haven't lost any inches in my bust, which is usually the first to go. That's good for me as my bust is 2 sizes smaller than my hips and waist.

After reading posts about hHCG on another site I realized that I am not using HCG drops. They are only amino acids (NiGen BioTech HCG Solution) how frustrating. Therefore, the wt loss is only because of the VLCD. I did order Intermountain HCG pellets too and thankfully they DO contain HCG
hcg 6x, 12x, 30x, 60x
Vit B12 6x, 12x, 30x, 60x
L-arginine, L-carnitine, L-ornithine all 6x, 12x, 30x

Therefore, it is my understanding that the pellets are actually better since they DO contain hcg, whereas the others only contain aminos. The unfortunate thing is that the manufacturer of these drops took out a full page ad in First magazine with the issue of Dr. Oz on the front touting the hcg plan.

I was using the same drops! I have been very disappointed by my losses too, and I switched to the Intermountain pellets yesterday. They do contain HCG! I started using them yesterday afternoon. After only 2 doses, I lost 1.3 pounds which is huge compared to my other losses which were very slow. I am hoping things start speeding up.

I saw the same ad and bought that magazine with Dr. Oz on the front when I decided to learn more about the diet. How frustrating indeed.

I agree your stats are amazing. 19 pounds in only 7 days?!?!?!?!

Hello Ladies. I'm down another .4 for a total loss of 13.6 pounds in fourteen days. I decided to cut my water intake back to one gallon from five quarts. When I drink too much water, I seem to retain some of it. I hope everyone has a great day and I will BBL.

Thank you all for the awesome support....this is the best board ever!

Congratulations to all of us!

Are there any men on any of the posts on this board? I haven't seen any, but I was told that a group of men at my work (I don't know who they are or how many of them are losing weight), but they lost a combined total of 300 pounds doing HCG! I don't know any other details like how long, etc.

What brand are the drops, if you don't mind me asking...
Down .5 today. I think I went a little crazy with the stevia drops, and I forgot my 2nd fruit serving... But I am happy with it! 7.5 loss in the first 3 days!

I'm pretty sure she was talking about the NiGen drops. Those are the drops advertised on a one-page ad in the magazine she mentioned.
