I told a friend of mine last night about HCG and...
her eyes were huge with amazement...like this...
. She looks great and doesn't have that much to lose, but I sent her Pounds and Inches and told her I use Intermountain hcg pellets. She's a nurse and said she has an obese sister who could use it. She told me she thought I looked thinner. I have another friend who's very heavy and approached me years ago when I was doing Weight Watchers about what I was doing, but never did anything about her weight. I'm sure she'll approach me when my weight loss starts to really show and I'm going to tell her about HCG. I am so excited about HCG...finally something that produces amazing rapid weight loss, has phases that transitions us into maintenance and does exactly what it says it does. ![]() I'm further amazed that I have zero hunger and zero cravings. Glad to be here with all of you wonderful people and I appreciate everyone's support. ![]()

I just started this today (loading phase) and am so excited to do this. It looks like our stats are almost identical, too. I am so sick and tired of losing and gaining the same over and over. I cannot get past a certain weight and I think this will really help.

Yes, in eight days. The first day I lost 2.2, the second 3.4 and third 2. I'm now losing about .6 per day. Dr. Simeon says the first few days are huge losses. I have a spreadsheet where I track my daily losses and what I ate on my loading days.

It is my first time... those results are nice! I gained a lot of my weight the first and second time I quit smoking.. the second being 6 months ago. It has been really difficult to lose the weight.
I thought the load days would be easy, but man! I am stuffed. Never seems to be like this when I go off plan while doing LC and binge! Eating a cheddar and black pepper scone (my favorite) with a ton of butter right now and can hardly look at it. I have a notebook where I am tracking progress. Very excited to see the losses next week!

My oldest will turn 10 in December, so I think it's high time this "baby weight" takes a hike, lol. I stopped smoking to get pg with him, so I guess that might've lent to the weight gain, too.Looks like we started on almost the same day, too. Here's to losing it allllllll!Last edited by myrna; 06-18-2011 at 01:32 PM.. |

This board is great! I have been reading through all the threads and feeling super inspired. I know it is mostly psychological since I only started taking the drops today, but I feel almost giddy, like I am going on a trip I have dreamed about for a long time. That, and I am salivating like crazy.

Glad you're here taking care of yourself while you're relatively young. I'm glad to finally have control over my weight but I will be 50 next year.
I will be watching for your successes! And around to cheer! |
