No more lurking going into P3

Hi ! I was on Rx shots and today is day 2 without a shot.....I am a bit nervous going into P3, but reading all of your posts helped to inspire me to try HCG in the first place..... I'll be reading all of your P3 wisdom I am planning on doing another round after the 6 weeks of P3/P4.

I just finished eating the most delicious, sweet, juicy strawberry....... bye, bye fruit.... at least for a while.....

(I tried to upload a profile pic,and it isn't working... I'll keep trying !)

You can continue to eat fruit, particularly the P2 fruits (apple, orange, strawberry, grapefruit) and other low GI fruits like berries in P3. I would have been REALLY disappointed to lose my fruit in P3 so I asked this exact question. Its' awesome, isn't it?

On the profile pic you need a certain number of days and a certain number of posts. Also it goes under the place called "avatar" in your profile.

Thanks, Shelbya ! That is good news that I can continue with P2 fruits..... are you SURE that I don't need to wait until P4??.....
You have done fabulously, so if you ate fruit, I won't avoid it !

thanks, again

POSITIVE (I'm not shelby but I can answer that one LOL)

You can have the "natural" sugar that is naturally occurring in whole, real P3 foods, like in a tomato, or in a fruit - just not anything with ADDED sugar.

I really look forward to my berries! So glad I got to have them every day on P3 :-) You wouldn't believe what a picky shopper I became once I started P3! In P2 I only had apples because I perceive them as so filling, but now I get "candy"!!! - (as I think of it).

This is great news. This is all the more reason for me to go into P3 sooner, rather than later .
