Yes, ma'am! I only did 15 days of P3 because I wanted so much to get back to losing. P2 on OWL is no sweat at all. I had no appetite, even throughout P3. I had difficulty even eating up to 1700 cals/day. So, I know it will be a breeze going through P2 again. (I hope those aren't "famous last words"!)

I looked for an explanation of OWL on the net but was unable to find it, can you fill me in in a nutshell or is it very in depth?

I'm interested, too! So interested, I checked it out on the internet and I've ordered the book. I find myself terriby hungry on Dr. S's plan-maybe because of my size - I don't know. So this may be an option.

I read the information on line too and am considering it. I am not sure if I will order the book as there seems to be enough info online. I especially liked the link that had the photos too. I am not sure about the acceptance of Splenda as an AS, or the spray fake butter or the popcorn. Those are screaming with chemicals, yikes.

BTW, I was on the phen/fen diet before it was taken off the market. I lost weight really well and I was never hungry. I was only on it for 3 months before all the bad stuff started showing up in the media. I stopped immediately (on the advice of my Dr.) and lost half my hair and screwed up my thyroid! I have had my heart checked and it is fine and my current thyroid doctor thinks that the fenfluramine is what caused the problem. |

Ok, I think I am going to go with the OWL diet. I would like some clarification on one point. It says that you can stay on the RX HCG continuously until you reach your goal and then go into maintenance. Is that correct? Do I need to get the book or is there another site that has some more information? (Not that I am asking for anyone to post a site, but do I need to do more googling?)

Good morning friends.....
Hope all is doing well....was down a pound this morning so am doing a little happy dance here..that makes my total 13 pds in 11 days, I am loving this woe Just for an fyi, I wanted you all to know, that I was reading through all the plan info and someone on the plan site had written in and asked the doctor about eating tuna in water...he replied back that after a few days of getting your body used to the plan that you COULD have it as long as it was in WATER.....thats good news to me, as I dont like any other fish and my protein options were pretty limited..he also stated you could add in 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites later when your body had adapted.....so yesterday I had a can of tuna, chilled with lost of pepper....YUM.... just wanted to pass that info along, it is in the archives on the plan site Hope everyone has a blessed day...stay strong..Stacy
