I did the same thing friend for 2 days while i was on the drops...everyone is right, get right back at it and you will be fine,.,.we are human, we fall but we are given as many start overs as we need

we are here for you..you can do it...

Sorry didnt know if i should post on here or not so i just read..lol

It is going good, but i have no real appetite so increasing cals is going to be hard...

I was down 1 pound this morning, so i cannot complain

Today was my 1st day of getting to add in some fat...yippeeee so I had a single burger with cheese and bacon for lunch....

Tonight for dinner will be chicken with grilled veggies and strawberry smoothie....not wanting to push too much fat too soon....if my cals seem to low after i enter all that i might eat some almonds before bed, they have never seemed to bother me

thanks for asking...if you ever see me doing anything off, let me know I am not sure if i am doing this 100% right...

Down 3lbs today. I have enjoyed eating the melon and popcorn. I bought some spaghetti squash and going to try and make that today. So far I have not noticed a not losing weight as well on this.

no loss for me this morning...grrrrr....yesterday I got to add in some fat and calories and then boom no loss today....BOO...lol...not sure why as I didnt go over board,,,this is what I ate

L; single burger with bacon and cheese only
D: grilled chicken...french green beans...smoothie with 1 orange and 6 strawberries
S; pistachios

none of those have given me an issue before

so far today i have had 3 boiled eggs with some butter...tonight for dinner will be chicken and deviled eggs...we will see what tomorrow brings...the scale did not budge, i mean not even an ounce.....yuck

happy friday all, hope you all are doing great...

I have found that everytime I go on P3 I gain at first. The first week I have had to do a steak day before. After awhile that seemed to quit, it is hard because I have low carb dieted alot and I would always lose eating that.

thanks for the support....i am like you and so used to losing also and so not want to have to go back to my old way of eating which was 5 carbs a day,,,,ughhhh...i am loving the freedom of fruit and some veggies that i like....i am glad i am not alone in not losing right away, as really this is what my numbers looked like yesterday and i didnt think they were bad...( the pistachios are not in there, i ate them at like 1am when i couldnt sleep and had already done numbers..lol)

Numbers;
cals: 778
carbs: 24.8
fat: 44.4
protein: 69.8

Percentages:
fat: 52%
carbs: 12%
protein: 36%

I ate steak and broccoli tonight for dinner and a salad, I used the walden farms chipotle ranch it was pretty good. After I got done with the salad my mouth was burning haha. I actually feel like I ate to much but I dont think I did.

have had some issues going on with my hubbys heart health today and have had no appetite what so ever....ate 3 boiled eggs with some butter and that was it.....so not sure if that low cals will hurt me at all

meals and numbers:
B; none
L; 3 eggs boiled with 2 tablespoon butter
D; none


Numbers:
Cals: 310
Fat: 25
Carbs: 2.1

Percentages:
Fat: 74%
Protein: 24%
Carbs: 3%

good thing is the stress did NOT lead me to food...

i like that dressing too...i like to dip my chicken in it and one day i mixed lettuce and drained tuna in with it..reminded me of a tuna salad sandwich with no bread....

Great job Charms,,,,

My low cal day yesterday did not hurt me, I was down 1.4 this morning..I know there is great controversary about losing in P3, and I am not sure I understand why, but I am all for losing anytime i can...I dont intend on doing another round of drops and hope to just get to goal and maintain by eating low carb from now on out...hoping and praying

thanks for your thoughts and prayers for pat, we have dealt with heart problems since january

I have some ground beef out for dinner and some ham steaks also, not sure what i want

Just had lunch and had 3 sausage links and 2 fried eggs and an atkins shake with hwc..I am stuffed to the gills

I only lost .2 yesterday maybe I ate to much for dinner. I also think I'am ovulating which always bloats me some. I have lost 10lbs on day 5VLCD so I'am ok with that

Down .6 yesterday, think my losses are starting to slow down. Went to a movie lastnight and snuck my 100cal pack in with me and it helped since I always want popcorn at the movies.

can you use the canned diced tomatoes with italian seasonings in them?...i dont know if they have added sugars or not or the carb count on them...but just an idea

great job you guys on your losses...

I was stable this morning....the scale did not budge an ounce either way..I could of figured as much as i have not slept either, not a minute...I have been up all night...I am stressed and i also have insomnia...I was up all night reading diet stuff and coupon stuff and then was out shopping by 7am...I still have not slept a wink, so i know that has something to do with the scales...

My appetite was a little better yesterday I did have lunch and then around midnight after u got in from shopping I had a plum and 3 deviled egg halves

Today for brunch after shopping I had 3 eggs scrambled with 1 sausage patty, some onion, cheese and 3 mushrooms and a glass of unsweetened almond milk...I am working on getting my appetitie up there

I picked up some nice peaches, plums and nectarines last night to add in and more strawberries

I am hoping sometime to get some sleep added in also and i know that will help in my loss

Have a great afternoon..you all are doing GREAT

ML I love the summer fruits. I've been having blueberries and strawberries just about every day. They taste like candy they are so sweet.

I'm down another pound today 8 pounds in 10 days. I will take it!

great job charms....

I was down this morning also, 2 pounds which makes 5.2 for the week...I am surprised as to me i ate alot yesterday....

I am really struggling with this as I know i am supposed to be stablizing and not losing and I really do eat and i eat alot of fat and proteins and my fruits etc

My menu yesterday looked like this

L; 3 eggs scrambled with hwc and then sausage, cheese, onion, mushroom and almond milk...that is just like choc milk to me
D: sliced ham steak, zuchini, smoothie made with hwc and 1 orange and strawberried
S; macadamias and few bites chocolate almond bark

then about 1am I was still awake and had spicy pork rinds dipped in sour cream..I was ready to see a gain with all that food and salt....

Have a wonderful monday and a great week....keep up the great work...

I'm only down .2 today but not surprised as I haven't slept the past two nights. So gonna focus on the good things and will hit the new weight low at some point in the next few days. Or at least that's what I'm hoping!
