I really only want to do a 23 day round should I stick with simeons or could I still do the omaha for just that long?

You can go either way. Omaha gives you more food options and a 100 ro 200 more calories per day. Expected losses are 15-20 pounds per month.

Question
I was just on the OWL site and saw that he says that "HCG is not absorbed orally". How can he claim this when SO many do fine with the homeopathic drops under their tongue? Do all of you doing OWL get your hcg from him directly? Thanks for any help!

The doc who is behind the plan does not endorse the drops and pellets. He uses prescription shots and creams. Too many success stores that confirm the others work too tho!

If you don't mind the limited choices I would do the strict to start and if it starts getting to you then add in some of the OWL choices. I think the OWL works but perhaps a little slower.

Yeah I was thinking about trying some of the fruit but that kinda scares me too. This is my 4th round I think and I just get so bored and then it is hard to stay on

I'm using pellets and following his food plan. I have some health issues which make the 500 cal of Simeons rough to stick to without nasty side effects. So the added calories (and choices) make this easier to stay with even if the losses may be slower. Though so far this round the losses aren't slower than when I did strict Simeon's protocol.

I think I would still follow P3 too. It seems to be one of the most important parts as far as keeping the weight off.

I see you are only doing no drops, vlc day for 2 days before moving onto maintenance---is it 2 or 3 days that we have to do no drops and vlc days? I feel like I have read both in different places.
I ask because I have to go away on days 21-26 on my very first round so I'm going to go into maintenance when I go and then do another round 3 weeks later but I'd like to get that 1 extra day in of P2 before doing no drops and vlc. Thanks for any help! |

I read for non rx drops to do 2 days...and for rx drops it was 3 days...my 3rd day wont be that much of a bigger difference as tonight i am grilling a bunch of meat...my first change will be i am going to add some butter to the chicken i am grilling and will have that tomorrow and will eat more of it than today and will eat real salad dressing instead of my waldens dressing...not a real drastic change

I did eat some melon and even some popcorn lastnight and still lost 4lbs so I'am pretty happy with that. I had gotten to where I only lost on low carb to and if I ate much of anything gained. I do think it makes this diet alittle easier getting to add some different things.

Hi everyone......
I am fighting demons right now, too. But I've decided to have an exorcism tonight. I'm not sure what started this "mood" I'm in....I know I don't like having holidays where I can't eat the things I want, so maybe the Fourth of July's denial did it.....Who knows? Anywho, I've been off plan now for a couple of days and I feel like crap!!! No, I haven't been doing maintenace, I've been binging - eating what I want. So, enough of that! Hopefully (I think), once I start the drops again tomorrow, the weight should come off quickly. I was doing so well and I'm very disappointed in myself. Better get to work. Stay strong but don't buy a guilt ticket....just get back on the train.
