It's mean a while... MAINTENANCE QUESTION.. help?!?!

Hello everyone! It's been almost three months since I've been on AND since I was in P2... I went through P3 fine, stabilized 1-3 lbs above LDW.. depending on the type of water I was retaining. Every time I considered doing a steak day I would drop back down into my zone!

I've been in P4 for a while now.. approx two months, started walking, push ups, and lunges. For a month and 1/2 kept maintaining in the 1-3 lb bracket.. now for my question..... help... for about a week and 1/2 I've been up 4 over LDW and I haven't fluctuated back down AND most importantly I can feel it in my clothes!!!!

So, I've dropped my calories down to 1500 and that hasn't done anything!

Any suggestions?!?!?! There doesn't say much about being this far out in the book.. just to take care of it..

Help.... I can not waste all this work and time ... I will not go back up that scale!!!!

I'm definitely not a vet, but what I've read is to do correction days until you get back within your window. If one day isn't enough to do it, then (again, not my experience, just what I've read) is to alternate P4 eating at your normal calorie level with correction days -- using the Alternate Correction days so you don't repeat just steak days (which supposedly become less effective if you repeat them over and over.

So, Steak Day, regular day, Chicken Day, regular day, Egg Day, etc. etc. until you're back .

Good luck! Sounds like you've done great!

Have you tried a steak, egg, and cheese day? This helps with edema due to protein deficiency. Dr S discusses this in P&I.

You are too cute. And you give good advice, too.
