G'mornin' all. Up a little today after a very weird day yesterday but still under LDW. I ate heavy meals much later yesterday than I normally would and had a (disappointing) massage so that may be part of why I'm retaining a bit. Or it could just be normal fluctuation--who knows?
In any case, just happy to see the "153" number again for the third day in a row. Today I'll be adding back in GY which I lasered Friday. Wish me luck!Have a great day! |

I can tell you I know how afraid I was in 1st day P3, Yesterday 1st day of P4
I been wanting a taco, so I made taco salad, the only new addition was corn tortilias. I tried baking them, that totaly sucked, got to work on that, so instead I opted for about a dozen corn chips. MMMMMMMMMMMMM good. Scales was up .5 still well within my window. Today I will add some beans. I love beans all kinds. But it sure feeels weird, cause of all the restrictions before. I plan on loading over July 4, then start round 2. |

Im 4 days into P3. Am holding steady with only a .6 gain over LDW. I cant complain as i had so much good food over the weekend and stayed exactly at LDW thru all of it. I was expecting more of a gain this morning due to eating tons of chicken wings for last nights NBA finals game but I'll take the .6! Am still in my window with a lb. to spare!

I'm still holding steady at 3lbs below ldw
. I lost those three in P4, which is odd because I didn't really change what I ate. I've added beans and very small amounts of sauces (like bbq) and bread. I'm just so thrilled that I can stay steady after years of gaining everytime I got on the scale. I still have about 10 lbs to go to be at my ultimate goal but never ever thought I'd be at this weight again so I'm content for a while Planning on a small portion of spaghetti this weekend and we'll see what that does ![]() |

Hi all, I'm still at 2.6 above my LIW. I did drop down a bit, was at 3.2 yesterday. Ate only protein plus one slice tomato and some shirred lettuce and mushrooms, and quit eating before 6 pm. I don't know if it's inflammation in my joints or the medication I took to counter it, but I'm feeling too weird to do a correction day today. I am STAYING AWAY FROM DAIRY, even cheese (my beloved cheese) and all SF items and NUTS until I get the dang laser I ordered so I can do that lasery thingy - am so tired of wondering --- and when I eat clean I feel better. Salads, meat, and one fruit today. And water, lots of it, keep it comin! Wish I had a poolside waiter today (oh, and a pool LOL)

I was down .2 this morning so I'm still in my window. This is the 4th day in a row that I've been in my window. Do you think it's safe to do the happy dance yet? I'm still .4 away from the top of my window so I don't want to jinx it.

Hello, everyone! Yes, I was terrified my first round of entering P3--someone said it was like falling off a cliff
, and that about sums it up after the rigidity of P2.So I'm down 1.4 lbs after my yummy GY correction day, back at 130.0 lbs, which is the highest weight I am wiling to go in P4. We ate out for lunch today and I ate more than one slice from the bread basket , so I'll eat P3 style tonight and see what the damages are tomorrow. I have 10 more pounds to lose, but I think I'm going to wait until after our vacation to restart the VLCD. I'm enjoying P4 too much right now, and this also gives me a chance to see what I can and cannot eat. (And technically, I'm supposed to be in P4 for 7 weeks this time!) I'm also hoping to get my thyroid/adrenals squared away before I lose that "last" 10 pounds, which will hopefully help me keep them off. ![]() I hope everyone has a nice, stabilized week, taking it one day at a time! |

that is for sure!! I cannot wait to hear how the lasering went. I know that once I start P3 I will be trying that too. So glad that Peggy introduced us to it I am sorry to hear of your hip--does it have to do with your bouncing? I would think that would be non-impact and not effect it at all. I love my chiropractor he has done wonders for when I am out of whack.

Yes I absolutely do!
I lasered some Splenda through a glass but I'm scared to try it to see if the lasering worked. If I can stay stable for a full week I may try SF items again to see if I can tolerate them in small amounts.![]() |

Well, we'll see how the rest of this day goes - hubby surprised me by bbqing an absolutely gorgeous cross-rib steak - a pretty big one - and I hadn't eaten yet. So I decided to try to get through a steak day even feeling weird -- haven't had my apple yet, probably have it tonight with a million glasses of water to make it through. Hopefully my meds won't make me upchuck with not enough on the tummy.
Headed to the doc now, gotta have him pull on my leg LOL..... wish me luck! |

Starting the week 2 pounds above the window again. I was going to do a protein shake CD but didn't have enough protein powder. I found a different CD on another HCG site that I decided to try instead. It's an apple/cheese day - eat 2 apples and 2 oz cheese x3 and lots of water. The group that did it had a lot of success. Hopefully I do too
I'll let you know tomorrow how it went. |

I'm feeling pretty good - had my steak, although not quite as big as I would've liked if I'd have planned a steak day for reals - but now have had my apple and a lot of water. Going to take my meds now with the apple on my tummy. I will probably go to bed uncharacteristically early to avoid grumble-tummy.

I start P3 on Thursday. I can't wait! However, I can't eat eggs, dairy, almonds or avocados due to allergies, so I'm a little worried. I've done Atkins and SB in the past, so I'm used to low carb, but I've always eaten eggs, dairy, almonds and avocados. Either way, I’m really happy to start. I’ve been looking at paleo/primal websites for recipes ideas as they use less dairy.
I’m very nervous about P3! |

So I am up almost a pound this morning after the Greek yogurt experiment yesterday.
The only other thing that I ate differently was a small apple but I had absolutely no issues with apples all during P2. So I guess now today I have a choice of leaving out the apple or leaving out the GY... I truly suspect this is GY related so I am going to keep the apple and leave out the GY and see what I see tomorrow. But I am waffling...apple or GY?...apple or GY???Off to the treadclimber before the journey to the OC today. Have a great one everyone! |
