Down .4 this morning. I'm barely functioning and that is not a good thing since I have 3 year old granddaughter and 5 year old son together today. ;0)

I am going to do the whole allergy kit as soon as I get it from the company that makes it, and am curious to see what that will do for P3, P4 and my second round of P2.

Today is also the first day I could see a noticeable change in my belly area. Up until now, I was losing all around it, but not in that area itself, which is where I am carrying the most weight and much of it is inside of my abdomen -- "visceral fat" -- the kind of fat that is supposed to be the worst for your health and the kind that is hardest to lose. I don't think anything I would have done other than HCG would have touched it, so am grateful my doctor pointed me in this direction. (A private thought of thanks to Dr. Simeons for his groundbreaking work in this area.)
.4 is still a good loss and your body is reshaping that is great.

Bye Porkfatrules, please come visit us and keep us posted on your p3 progress! And thanks for the recipes.

I just got back from doing a big shopping for the week and was excited to find braggs aminos and also acv at my store. I also got some spike seasoning and caved and bought 3 walden farms dressings. I know that using them probably puts me in the "rogue" category, but I am really wanting salads and just couldn't bring myself to eating them with just vinegar or lemon. I got the bacon ranch, thousand island (for hubby mostly- he is doing juddd) and the honey mustard. I may use them to doctor up stuff too.
Wondering what reactions folks have had?

Anyway, I am so inspired by everybody's great losses and advice, etc. It sure keeps me motivated.............................oh, and dropping another pound today doesn't hurt either. Especially considering all the smoked pork, cakes, salads, beans, wine, etc. etc. that I passed up yesterday at two different parties. I told everyone I was doing a cleanse but it was annoying when several friends pushed me to have stuff. I feel bad being so cagey about what I am doing and may just have to own up to it. What was so funny was that at both parties, different people mentioned others that were doing hcg. Usually referencing that they had done it, lost a lot, then gained it all back. I was curious to ask if they had really followed protocol and done p3 and p4, but didn't want to go there.
I am shocked at how many folks are out there doing it now. Kind of reminds me of the "atkins craze" from 2003?? or whenever that was. Lots of people doing it...........doing it wrong, then others bashing it because it didn't work, or they didn't keep the weight off. I see so many success stories here, and am really feeling so good with the hcg that I want to talk about it, but think for now that I should just ride it out and stick with the "cleanse" line.

I've been using the Waldens bacon dressing from the get go. I didn't think of myself as rogue, but sheesh! I guess I am. I'm doing okay with it, though. I only have it with one meal at the most a day. That is the only modification to the diet that I do.....I think.
