WOE: HCG My Way Baby ~ Drops/Pellets
Start Date: Starting over July 8 2012!
Hello Ladies! I'm back AGAIN! I have journeyed on HCG for a couple of rounds and then got very sick at the beginning of the year until now. I have gained all of my weight back because of bad eating and being so sick and on 2 steroids

I started again on Monday and am hoping to lose 66 pounds. My first goal is 30 pounds and I will take it day by day! I haven't decided yet if I will do a couple longer rounds or shorter ones but I know for my health I need to proactively make the scale move in a downward motion and I've chosen HCG because it works!!!!!

I look forward to becoming a BIG LOSER with all of you!

[QUOTE=myrna;14742223]That's what really kick-started my research into hcg - I saw it on the cruise boards, and it just "made sense" - so here I am. The only time I've ever been able to easily lose weight was when I was pregnant. I haven't felt comfortable in a swimsuit since my kids were born, and the oldest is 9. We have a cruise in November and can't wait - hoping to have to buy a whole new wardrobe by then, lol. Wouldn't that be awesome!!??

It is a wonderful feeling to buy a new wardrobe! I went down from a 22/24 to a 14. I just wish I had more money! I am still paying for all the clothes in my closet that don't fit! I used to be quite the shopper for clothes and I have always had a hard time getting rid of clothes that I dont want anymore. I am trying not to buy much now hoping that I will go down another size or 2. But, it sure feels great to buy size 14s and large/x-large.

Good for you!! I stopped buying cute clothes after the kids were born b/c nothing ever fit right. When I can find something that fits the way I like, I tend to wear it all the time, lol. Easy to do as a SAHM. I've lived in denim or khaki shorts and v-neck tees for the last 9 years, seriously!

I'd love to get a cute little sundress or a nice outfit for the formal nights on the ship, and not feel like the StayPuff Marshmallow Man for once...

Here's to new clothes for all of us!! lol

Even though today is a load day, prior to today I have been way off any resemblance of a low carb plan. I feel absolutely fat, bloated and miserable. Thoroughly disgusted with myself. My thighs feel like huge blobs of fat slapping against each other. The frustrating thing is, just a mere year and a half ago I was between 165-170. I am afraid to get on the scale after the load days. I expect 210 to be glaring me in the face.
I am doing the vcld for the most part. My boyfriend is an amazing cook and he makes low carb dinners for me when I see him on the weekends. So, my plan is to do vcld during the week when I have to cook and when I see him on the weekends, I will probably just end of having more protein than the vcld calls for. Also, I have decided to not do the breadsticks or the melba toast this time.

It will get better for you! Onces those pounds start coming off, it is that much easier to continue with the plan!

Well curiosity killed the cat. Crazy Sexy Diet: a low-fat, low-glycemic, vegetarian program that emphasizes balancing the pH of the body with lush whole foods, nourishing organic green drinks, and scrumptious smoothies. Plus, she shares the steps of her own 21-Day Cleanse, and simple but delectable sample recipes. No thanks, I need my meat! It's a very cool quote though!!!!

Ok, so yesterday someone in the office made a comment about my weight, she said "look at your stomach, it's getting smaller. Your boobs are past your stomach now!" All I could think of saying was. "thanks for noticing" Ugh. No tact whatsoever. I don't make comments that her stomach is huge, why should she be allowed to make comments about mine? She's always saying that I'm starving myself but then half the time she says she wants to do it too. I wouldn't want to coach her on hcg personally I don't think she would follow through. I told her that if she did the diet I would give her the tools but she would be on her own. I don't have time for that. lol.

no tact at all she is being rude and probably jealous because you are losing and she is staying the same don't let it get you down.

Good for you! To the rest of you reporting losses, good job! KUTGW!

I am also down 0.4 today and that makes 4 days in a row. According to ******, I am burning around 1230 calories a day more than I am taking in by eating. It takes -3500 calories to lose a pound of fat, so it seems that after all those ups and downs, I am now on a steady burn since I stopped reacting to the foods I was eating.

NOW I also know why I don't see the large losses others see later in their round! The math explains it. And it also explains why I can expect smaller losses the less I weigh, unless I start moving around more than I presently do. It just burns less calories to move around less weight.

I had some large losses in week 1, but then it steadily dropped off as I went further in the round. It also took 3 weeks for my body to accept burning fat as its primary fuel. Wow! This is all a revelation, despite all the times I have tried to lose weight before. Now it's starting to make sense, and that is empowering in terms of my choices from here on in.

I have 2 weeks left before P3, and I can see the original goal I set was unrealistic. I can also see that it would take me 3 long rounds at this rate to get down to the weight I was aiming for as my long-term goal. I am letting go of my preconceived ideas and aiming for better health as well as smaller-size clothes. I will be treating my underlying allergies that are messing me up, and that might help, too.

Good morning! I am down 2.8 since Tuesday. I wasn't able to weigh myself yesterday morning. I was hoping for more, but 6.1 in 3 days is decent! My mom is also doing the diet so it is nice to check in with her every morning to see how her scale has moved. She wishes that she started the diet sooner, like when I did it the first or the 2nd time. She is down 8 pounds so far. Amazing! I love seeing everybody's results! Keep it up! We are almost there!

Down another pound today! Woot woot woot! Day 39 here, last dosing day. I'm amazed to have had good losses these last two days, after a much slower week.

AND, it put me over my mini-goal threshold of 30 pounds lost in this round -- now at 30.5 down! Happy dance happy dance happy dance! I can now maintain happily (will, of course, cheerfully accept any further losses in the next three days!)

Great job, everybody -- keep it up!

I am down 13.4 in 15days! I will only be able to do 10 more days before I take an interruption for my Vegas trip the first weekend of July. I wish I had more time but it is what it is. I will get right back on p2 when I get back, but I will only have 15 days that I can dose and 3 days off, because then we go on a 7 day cruise.
I am hoping to lose at least 10 pounds in July.

Porkfatrules: 30.5 pounds in 39 days is totally amazing!!!
I am really looking forward to watching your experience with p3 and p4.
I will be rooting you on.

If I could lose that fast, I would SO stay on for 40 days and just be done with it, but I have a hunch that it won't go that fast, knowing my usual slow losing history. Plus, I am menopausal and that seems to slow everything down. I am just hoping to get to 160, then pause, stabilize and maintain until after the holidays, and do another round to lose the last 20.

Good morning everyone. I'm celebrating a short term goal today. I expected to hit 215.5 by Monday, June 20, 2011 and it happened today, 4 days early. The scale said 215.5 on VLC Day 4. That's 10 pounds since Monday. I'm so excited.

Congratulations on your loss. I've never been able to locate grissini bread, so I had to substitute them for another type of cracker/bread. I bought the new Special K Cracker Chips baked snacks. 30 chips are 110 calories, but I only eat 4-5 a day only if I'm craving junk food like my daughters doritos or chewy lemonheads. I think I've only eaten them once this week and so far no issues in the weight loss dept. However, if I do experience problems, they're gone.

Good morning everyone. I'm celebrating a short term goal today. I expected to hit 215.5 by Monday, June 20, 2011 and it happened today, 4 days early. The scale said 215.5 on VLC Day 4. That's 10 pounds since Monday. I'm so excited.
Great Job!!!

KUTGW everyone! I'm down 1.2 this morning. Am now off of one of my blood pressure meds. My bp was higher today than it was yesterday, but still in normal range. It had been getting quite low and making me feel woozy. This diet is going to give me my healthy life back!
