an interruption--please explain

could someone explain an interruption to me, i am doing a extension on my first round, i was not going to do a full 42 days, but i am thinking about it now, i want to get as much weight off as possible in this first round----on the 25th of this month we are going to a show and dinner, my first time on p-2 going out to eat, i really do not want to go off plan but i might have to a little---what do i do that day, stay on the plan until dinner time, do i still take the drops etc--

on the 25th it will be day 39 for me--- i know there will be lettuce -- but do not know how the meat will be fixed----i will take along my mustard dressing and maybe have a club soda---no one knows i am on this plan, not even hubby, he knows i am always eating different then him, so he doesn't question me any----i figured no one needs to know--oh, a friend knows i am doing this, she got me started--but thats it

Sunny, I travel for a living and I did the first 15 days of P2 on the road. (3 meals a day). EVERY restaurant will have either steak, or seafood, or chicken breast. Here are some options: You can ask for a Ceasar salad, minus the dressing and croutons, specifying that you'd like the chicken broiled. Another option is a beef or tuna steak, broiled - no oil used in preparation, and steamed veggies or a salad with just lettuce and tomato. I never had a problem getting P2 food. I drank club soda with lime, and used some juice of lemon for seasoning. I'm proud that I am being proactive, proud that I am working to have a leaner body, and proud that I am not depriving myself of the great feeling of fitting into my jeans, or being able to run without being out of breath. So let your P2 FLAG FLY SISTER!!! LOL

To do an interruption you would stop dosing 48 hrs before the event (if hhcg) or 72 hours before the event (if hcg) and go into P3. You can stay in P3 for up to 14 days before going back to P2 without having to load again.

So since the 25th is on a Saturday, you can stop dosing on Wednesday or Thursday (depending on the hcg you use) and then be in P3 for the weekend of the event. You can then start back dosing on Monday and go right back to P2.
