Good for you!
I went back to Disney, lol - met some friends there for lunch. Had a salad and some sesame green beans, but still - it wasn't made here at home (and had goat cheese in it) so no telling what the calorie count was. I also went to the Y with the family yesterday - DH and I did some walk/running and then a couple weight machines, but nothing too strenuous. Spent a couple hours in the pool after that. Also - I've got something going on with my foot. Right under my big toe, in the ball of my left foot, there's a spot that sends a shooting pain if I step on it wrong. I google-dr'd it, lol - and if it's what I think it is, the main treatment is "rest" until it just goes away, so I guess I need to take it easy on the treadmill, at least. Hopefully that will help and it won't stick around for long. I don't feel like getting an appt but it hurts pretty bad when I step wrong on it, so I guess I'll have to if the "rest" doesn't work. Here's to ignoring the junk food again, lol - Have a good one!

Good choices while eating out myrna, my dad had the same symptoms you had on his foot and he said it was something called "gout". He said it was very painful and it seems he has had it before. Hope you're feeling better soon.
I have been so lazy with my exercises, haven't done it in more than thirty day. I know it's not recommended in p2, however, I really am going to have to start back once I am in p3 because I know I'm very out of shape. Have a great day! |

Woo hoo! You're doing awesome!
I'm up but have been since right after I stopped - I've been holding at 169 and hitting the gym each day, too. I know I'm out of the window, but since I didn't really follow the rules on the last round, I guess that's why. We have been so busy that I haven't been taking the time to plan my meals, too, which is a big red flag for me. I know that planning is key for me. I'm going to cook up some bacon and chicken tonight so I won't have pbj tomorrow for lunch (again) - And I need to get my self online every morning with a daily report. I've been ignoring that nagging voice in my head b/c I know I haven't been following the rules - so here I am - bent over and ready for my butt-kickin' - because this is something I need to just DO. Good news or bad news, I need to write it down. |

Hello my friend,
I too feel bad sometimes for posting when I know I have not followed protocol. I really understand you taking time to to re-group and start again later. The good news is you've lost over 30 pounds and you have got to be proud of that. I too am going to get on a plan as soon as I enter phase 3. I'm giving myself until the middle of next week then I want to enter p3 and be on p4 by November for my trip. No change in weight today, but no gains.

I'm at 169.6 - last night we had a ballgame and I grabbed dinner on the way home. I ended up with a cobb salad and small chili from Wendy's so my gain is probably the sodium in all that.
You are ROCKIN' IT! I'm glad you decided to stick with it - you are doing so great!!! |

Hoped you flushed all that sodium out myrna. I attract sodium like flies to fly-paper,lol. I can easily go up 4 pounds in a day but if I'm good it'll all come off.
I'm down another pound to 145.5 today. Thanks for all your encouragement myrna. Here's to staying on your plan. |

169.4 today - nothing of interest to add about that, lol.
BUT - Look at you taking a nosedive on the scales!! Woot woot! You're soooooo close - keep up the good work (and it *IS* WORK!) I know it's awesome to be "in the zone" like you seem to be, and I'm so happy for you! Ride that wave, girl!! |

I'm the same today, which is a blessing after what I had for dessert last night.
How'd you do? I get more excited to read about your updates every day! I keep thinking, just a few more days and you'll be AT GOAL! |

Don't get to excited because I'm up a few pounds from yesterday to 147.5 today
![]() ![]() and this time I just can't figure it out. Last night I felt a little bloated before bed but I stayed on protocol all day. Maybe sodium but this one really baffled me.Hopefully it's just water or the scale has just been fooling the heck out of me the last couple of days .P.S. I had to edit this message two times because my mind was racing so fast, I left a whole sentence out, lol. Last edited by caramel; 09-30-2011 at 01:27 PM.. |

Well back up to 149 this a.m., went to a Mexican resturant Saturday and went alittle haywire with the calories and carbs Sunday. Hopefully I can flush this water weight out but whatever my weight is by wednesday, that will probably be my last day doing the pellets. I will then Thursday and Friday will be VLCD and Saturday I will be in p3.
This has been a long round with only a 13 pound loss and it has been 46 days, however, I have had around 5 interruption days so it's time to give it up, I may come back around thanksgiving time, but we will see.Have a great day! |

I can understand that, but you really have done pretty well, I think!
Plus - you have bacon in your future! Woo hoo! I'm up to 170.2, after the first Mom's Night Out I've done since before May - the group picked Cheesecake Factory. 'Nuff said, lol. I'm back on track today, though. There are only 17 days until I leave for NYC, so I need to make the best of them! |

Great job myrna, I staying around 149-150, bouncing back and forth. I have been eating meals like the paleo diet and it seems to be working well.
Are you staying low in calories. I might have had a few too many nuts today. Oh well we will see what the scale says tomorrow. |

Still holding strong.
No, I'm not doing low cal, or low carb - I guess you could say I'm in P4, since P2 didn't work out. Not sure if that's how I should've done it or not, but that's how I'm doing it, lol. I'm not doing correction days if I go over, but I am mindful of when I leave that 2 lb window, and so the next day I pay closer attention to what's going in my mouth. I've been up to 171, but most days I'm still in the 169 range. I plan (plan!) to keep doing this until after Christmas, then get gung-ho again. I will say, though - I finally went shopping for some cooler weather clothes (hardly own any, living in FL) for the NYC trip. I really needed some jeans! Beginning of summer, before HCG, I was in a 16, and headed for an 18 - and last night I bought one pair of 12s that fit really well, and another pair of jr-17s which I have to take back b/c they're too big. Not sure what jr sizes translate to in women's sizes and the store was closing, so I was in a rush. Now I need to get my hair did! 10 more days!! |

nothing like fitting in smaller clothes, love that feeling. I have to get my hair did too and am going to wait around it's the time for my retreat.Glad to see you doing so well, I still holding strong and doing a paleo style diet. I love the nuts and berries and eating eggs and sausages in olive oil. I still can't believe going from 500 cal a day and sometimes losing nothing and going to the calories I'm doing now, really doing count but would say around 1800, and still not gaining. I think eating all the olive oil and nuts has improved the condition of my skin because I had a hcg rash that left some discoloration. My high was 151 but it hovers now around 149-147. |

Hi hi! I'm new to HCG too. And this forum is the best one out there so far. It has a great deal of info and support, exactly what I needed right now.
I am now on my 1st day of my 500cal diet (+ intermountain hHCG drops). But I think I didn't load well enough, because I feel a slight hunger. Do you think this will affect my weight loss? Can I get away with it and continue with the diet? Will the hunger pangs go away after sometime, or shall I adjust the dosing? So sorry for the rather stupid questions. But I don't really know elsewhere to post the questions.. |

Well - made it through my birthday and my first trip, and still holding steady.
Going to hit the gym hard for a while, and make sure to keep that water flowing - I'm really able to tell when I'm not drinking water now. I bloat so easily. Now a little less than 5 weeks until our cruise! We just found out a few days ago that our "scenic ocean view" was upgraded while the ship was in dry-dock and now we will have a balcony at no extra charge. Sweet! We had a balcony last time, so I know my husband is happy about that. Just wanted to check in. |

Does anyone know how the HCG drops will effect a pregnancy test? I'm currently on Accutane and just started my 2nd round. I'm wondering if I will have a problem with the drops when I take my monthly pregnancy blood test ![]() |
