Week by week . . .

I am so amazed -- Day 33 here, and I just looked at my weekly losses.

Week 1: 10 pounds (counting from my pre-load weight)
Week 2: 4 pounds
Week 3: 4.5 pounds
Week 4: 5.5 pounds

I'm 5 days into week 5, and I've lost 3 so far -- hoping for another 1 by Saturday!!

Wow . . .

AWESOME stats! Good job.... consistent losses into the 4th week! Wow! I was pretty amazed that I was still going down almost 4 pounds a week in later weeks also one of my rounds.

How long are you going to stay on P2?

A week from Sunday (Father's Day) I start P3 -- this puts me right in line for P4 at the beginning of vacation. Weird -- I started P2 on Mother's Day, ended on Father's Day . . . I wonder if that means something? Spooky --

That's really great to see the consistency in your weight loss. I hope for the same, but I kind of think you are above average on your stats there. Congrats! And keep doing what you are doing...it's a workin'!!!!

I don't think her stats are above average for her weight range. My stats are very similar, except for my 4th week which I won't talk about...

I like the sounds of that....I had just been reading several posts by various people saying that .5 lbs was the average. Makes sense that it would depend on your starting point.

Ya know, I keep reading about the .5 lb/day being the average, but all I can say is that Ms. Porky and I must be above average!

I think following protocol is the best thing to do when you have a lot of weight to lose and need the motivation of consistent loss. I think when you have less to lose, or need to re-shape more than lose, or follow a rogue plan, the loss is not as dramatic.

Me myself, I need the motivation of dramatic loss, and am thrilled that DESPITE my 4th week (which I am still not talking about), I can turn it around and still have an awesome 5th week.

Me and Ms. Porky have a date with BACON ASAP after this, though!

For those keeping score at home, my handy dandy Excel spreadsheet says I'm averaging .79 pounds/day.

Take THAT, Size 14 shorts! I shall donate you all, and wear your Size 12 cousins!

Congrats!!! KUTGW!!

I have averaged .7lb/day for 3 out of my 4 rounds. This 4th round has been unpredictable and frustrating. I am averaging below .5lb/day right now.

I've done 5 rounds, and if I counted right, that meant 181 days for me since I cut some of them short. I lost 102 NEW pounds - so not counting the "extra" ie loading or 2 or 3 pounds maintained higher that LIW, my loss stats are .56 per day.....
Pretty good!

(considering one of my rounds I loaded 9 pounds, and didn't count that loss at all-.56 is good)

25.2 lbs lost in 35 days = .72 lbs/day.

Not as good as Ms Porky, but I'm happy!
