Shopping list reference?

Hello :-)

Just as I'm hitting P3, it seems I've come down with Lyme Disease, (or something...going to doctor tomorrow). So, my energy is almost nil. When I go "up island" tomorrow, (an hour away), I can stop at a health food store up there to get some ingredients for these DELICIOUS recipes I'm reading about. Then I plan to buy anything else from Netrition via mail.

So, I was wondering, is there a shopping list somewhere with items to stock up on to keep me going? I read of ingredients like coconut flour, xylitol, etc.

I don't even have the energy to collect recipes and make the list from that, but I'd like to have supplies on hand for when I feel better, or feel good enough to be able to cook. But there's no way I'm going off my P3!

Any health-food-store grocery list help is appreciated. Thanks so much.

....Tired Red

Aw, I hope that you feel better.

You can click on recipes in the upper right corner and then market place and there will be info on all those products you can use for low carb cooking.

oops you might have already seen it.

Hey :-) Thank you. I had seen the Netrition site; had actually not seen that recipe area. Thanks so much for the help. I looked around at recipes today, and I'll compile a list of stuff I need to get; (xylitol, erythritol...xanthym gum...), all things I've never used. (I probably just spelled all those wrong, LOL)

Anyway - I appreciate the support. Didn't expect to get sick the same time I was starting P3.

I wish Netrition's site was set up a bit differently - for but I'm sure it'll all come clear. I wish they had something called: "baking basics"

- Flax meal (if you are not hypothyroid)
- Chia meal or seeds
- Parchment paper (for flaxmeal bread, oopsie rolls, etc.)

Oh! Thank you!
When I traveled to the doctor, I picked up about half of those things. Now I can order the other stuff on Netrition. I went to the health food store, went to the baking section and just loaded up anything that sounded familiar. LOL
