New here and to HCG...
So I am just starting the HCG diet and am in need of support. I gained 40 lbs in the last year due to a medical condition and am having a hard time losing it. So here I am.
After my load days, my weight was 184. after day 1 on VLCD: 182.6 (-1.4) I am on day 2 now and am doing ok. I just need to stay focused on the goal. It will be hard with all my summer events, camping, weddings and a girls weekend but I am so determined! I hate the way I look and want to get back to the me I love. I am getting my water in which is a huge goal for me. My hard time of the day is at night. I eat dinner between 6-8 depending on my schedule (and kids sports). I don't go to bed until 11-12 though. So yesterday I drank lots of decaffeinated tea. It worked. ![]() I also found something that works for me for lunches at work. I have tried diets before that are restrictive to what you eat when and always had a hard time pre-cooking meals for lunches. Well, this one is easy. I got a bag of pre-cooked boneless, skinless chicken that just needs to be heated. Then I got a huge salad. The last 2 days I was easily able to grab lunch without a worry. The chicken and salad equal exactly 5 meals for my work week! |
