Reading your posts, and know my coffee love, I just wonder why they don't make a "cream" flavored liquid Stevia?!

YES! The one I bought is the Vanilla Cream liquid Stevia after reading so many good reviews...it gives my coffee the taste and sweetness I love but without the creamyness texture of adding cream..much better than nothing. I used 15 drops in my huge mug and its perfect No added sweetner needed!

I'm gonna just drink it black. I don't like flavored coffees but I do love my HWC in my coffee or 1/2 and 1/2. I have been trying to teach myself to drink it black lately. With extra sweetener, it's not awful.

Very discouraged~On day 25 and only have lost 16 pounds...10 of those were the first 10 days..so the last 15 I have only lost 6 pounds.
With each pound lost..the scale refuses to move for 3-4 days. I am only eating either spinach/cabbage/bok choy with a meat~alternating each meal..drinking 4 32 oz. of water. Miracle noodles at least 3x a week. Cut out all splenda and sticking with stevia. Not eating the breadsticks/melba or fruit other than tomatoes which I only do about half of one total for the day.
Body feels really tired and listless like very low bloodsugar/hypoglycemic...thinking seriously of doing a re-feed tomorrow just to shock my body out of the starvation mode its seems to be in.
Not giving up...I am tired but way more tired of carrying so much of this extra weight..so tweaking and see if that can do something.
I know initially I will gain a few pounds but it would be SO nice to start seeing losses more than once or twice a week.

You are doing good, you have lost an average of .64 pounds per day so that is above average for a women.

Why don't you move to P3?

I would go into P3 but since I am not that hungry I thought I would take advantage of it and go as far I can doing the pellets...and lose at least 25 pounds.
I am also SCARED of going off the HCG and gaining weight in P3.
My mind is VERY headstrong right now on believing its "Now or never" thinking and want to hang on for as long as I can.
It seems every round after R1 is much less loss for most people so really wanting a good number to keep me motivated

Caved in and had a big cheat last night..half a cheeseburger and about 15 fries...it was so good and was the first time in my life that I could not finish a meal like this so stomach has shrunk considerably.
Drinking like crazy today..not going to weigh myself for a day or two.
Could perk up the losses or stall me...crossing my fingers!

You're at 4 weeks, it seems. Are you trying to do longer than 23 days VLCD? Perhaps, you shouldn't and move up to the maintenance phase so that you can have more food variety? You can wait out the summer (which is a hard time to do ANY diet) and then start again. Perhaps you'd see better results again? I don't know; I am a newbie, but just from reading the P&I? At least at maintenance you could have the cheeseburger w/o bun and a nice big salad with mixed veggies or something. Or, turnip fries. I am not sure if you can have turnips?

Not ready for P3 yet..feel I am just barely getting the hang og this phase
My cheat resulted in a .8 loss this morning...28 days ago I was just days away from being 180 and now I am in the 150's(159.8) so going to ride this Hhcg train as far as it can take me!
Summer is actually easier for me..seeing so much skin here in Texas is a constant reminder..so hot!! Drinking fluids all day is a breeze..winter would be difficult for me.
I ate only beef yesterday too so will do that again today and see what happens
The cheat also perked up my energy level..able to grocery shop without being humped over cart yesterday
still holding on! Xxxxx

Change of heart on getting on P3..Held pellet bottle in hand this morning and could NOT open them~This round one is DONE and need a break!
29 days and down 17 pounds
SO starting P3 territory and pray that I dont gain. Today and tomorrow on no pellets and 500 calories will be the worse but looking forward to having more food choices and after a couple of weeks I will be getting right back to R2 again

Day 2 of being in P3 with no pellets..I am surprised that the lack of hunger is STILL there and doing the 500 calories has been uneventful.
Tomorrow I will add eggs for breakfast with some CHEESE! Lunch will be a salad with real ranch...and no clue for dinner.
Still scared of adding too much fat so not going to go nuts....ooh I could have a few nuts though
Will be in Round 2...two weeks from now I will be
ready to go again!

the only thing with not going 3 weeks is if you just do 2 weeks you don't load before jumping back to p2.

I think I will go the full 3 weeks because we will be on vacation then and I really would hate to be doing P2 while on vacation! Ugh!

On day 2 of P3 and loving it..lost a pound even while eating eggs, cheese and nuts! Tonight is shrimp and big salad with cheese and full fat ranch~Yum!

All through P2 I was SO amazed that I could eat 500 cals. a day and NOT be hungry..and here I am on day 6 of P3 eating 3X that amount and have NOT gained one pound!!
Actually holding a pound under my LDW~158.8..this HCG is voodoo magic! :PP
