im up more a few lbs due to TOM comming.. Geez being a girl really sucks sometimes.. I guess ill just plug away, hoping that my weight will go back after tom leaves

I am seriously up 10 lbs in the past week.. Woah.... I need to go back on the strict diet again... I hope its just water weight and it will come off rather fast.. I HOPE anyways!!

I put some chicken with stewed tomatoes in a crock pot and its been cooking all day. I had some of it for lunch with some green beans. I know green beans are not on protocol but i have been eating them.

My problem is, when i Cheat i freakin want to eat everything in sight for days. So hopefully i can get back to eating 500 calories a day, and back to losing again. Sometimes life is just so hard. But im not giving up. =D

How many VLC days have you done? Before the cheating? Hang in there!! You can do it!! Dig deep, remember how great it felt seeing the scale go down and your clothes get bigger!!

I'm considering a longer round myself this time. I usually run out of steam by the end of the 3rd week though. Usually stalled, tired, muscle cramps, feeling depleted and am really ready to eat again and happily move on to P3. If you're at that point, maybe you should do a full P3/P4 then go back for a second round. I hope you find your mojo!!

lost 3 lbs... I am on day 44... And i did really well, until i thought i would cheat a day, and one day turned into a week. I think I am going to just loose 20 more lbs,and then move to P3, and recycle into p2 again.. I just know that cheating gets you know where, and i would rather stablize my weight, then gain it all back...

I was hungry, and i tend to do better when i eat breakfast. So i had
One whole egg 70 calories
2 egg whites 34 calories
w/ 2 tbs of salsa 10 calories =114 calories

-1.6 lbs... SInce monday when i started the 500 calories again and I cheated nearly a whole week. Ive droped 7 of the 10 lbs i gained.. But the good thing, I'm not hungry nor do i feel week, after being on this for a over 40 days. So it set me back over a couple of weeks but i think I can go on for another 40 day round, hopefully. And since i cheated for such a long period of time, I do not feel tempted to cheat what so ever. I'm content with my 500 calories!!! I guess we'll see how well i do.

the only way you learn, is by doing something, and failing and trying again.

18.6 more lbs to beat my mom at our weight loss challenge.. Its whoever looses 25 lbs gets 25 bucks.. I started that after i lost about 10 lbs..

25.6 more lbs before i get to my first goal of 40 lbs lost.

After I loose 40 lbs, I plan on going to P3, and then recyling back into P2, and doing short rounds.. I loose great but i need to be able to maintain the weight loss, and not gain it back. And I struggle at that part. Always have.

Down 2 is AWESOME!!!

I just had a nice 3.5 ounce filet mignon and garlic mashed cauliflower for dinner. Still deciding what I want to do with my fruit this evening. I felt pretty good today....not hungry at all, but enjoyed my food. I also had a haircut and had my nails done so it was a nice "me day".

good girl! I had a wacky morning with church and wasn't sure how soon I would get away to eat, so I threw 4 oz of cottage cheese into my baked cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia apples and had that for breakfast in the car. It was absolutely magnificent! I hope I remember how good that is when I don't have to eat this way anymore. It truly was as satisfying as a piece of apple cheesecake
