Question??? re: drug testing (for job) while on hhcg + vitamins

Hi everyon... anyone... I'm awaiting word on a job I applied for that requires drug testing... I'm just wondering by me taking hhcg, plus vitamins would any of them draw a red flag against me.

I don't really know what they are looking for in the testing.. but I'm sure it's not hhcg, but would that give me a negative test anyway?

Anyone that may know, please respond.

I'm taking multi-vitamin, potassium, b-12 vita, mega-3 oil and biotin along with hhcg.

The homeopathic HCG doesn't show up in urine tests so I think you'll be fine and even if it did show up they'd be more inclined to think you were pregnant than doing drugs

As far as the other supplements I have no idea what, if anything, they might trigger on a drug screening. Fingers crossed you get the job though!

Totally can't answer you... but I was reminded of when I was in college (many years ago) and applied for a receptionist job at a pharmaceuticals company. I didn't KNOW it was a pharmaceuticals company until I was there at the interview. They made me drug test on the spot and well... I was in college what can I say?

So of course I panicked, and when they had me list any meds or vitamins I was taking, I made a list of everything I had ever taken in my life! Vitamins, birth control pills, Vicodin for my sciatica, the list was about 20-30 items long.

They never called me back. Go figure. Even if my test came out clean for illegal substances, they probably thought "We better not hire her, she might steal our stuff, be sick all the time, or want a discount!"
