Count me in this week. Today started R2 load day 1 as I cycle back to rouge Phase 2. Phase 3 went really well--I stablized three pounds below LDW.

C'mon, Woosh Fairy! I didn't eat dinner tonight. I was running errands and by the time I got home and got all the household chores done, it was 8:45 and I didn't want to eat so late. Finishing up my water and peeing and going to head to bed.

And I vote for Sunday threads. The Monday thing confuses me!

Good luck to everyone this week!

Hi y'all!!! I am going to make something of an attempt to eat a bit more p2 ish for the next couple of weeks, since I've been eating like a powerlifter on Atkins for the last week or so --

I don't know how long I'll last on lower calories, but I am at least going to try cycling up days and down days, and see if I can hack that.

Part of me is just reveling in this eat, workout, build muscle phase -- but I do want to keep it lean. So, here's to an attempt at curbing the eating, if not the appetite, for the next couple of weeks.

Wishing you all a happy new week!!!

Down .6 today. This is R1P2VLCD8 for me with a total of 8 pounds gone. I am very pleased. It's been a bit of a rough go, but, glad I hung in there. I think I FINALLY found my sweet spot with my pellets. Thanks so much to Shelby and others that have helped me with my dosing. This board ROCKS!

Good morning everybody, I'm up .2 on VLCD6 but TOM is due sometime towards the end of this week. Hopefully I stay as objective as I am now if the scale doesn't cooperate until then

OK, doing Greek Yogurt day. I won't detail why I'm out of my window...normal P3 eating on the weekends usually do it...but I did not eat normal and am lucky I didn't bounce more.

I really want to stabilize right... Quiet day at home with kids with just a dash of work, this should be easy. I will add is a few dashes of exercise today and aim for a nice strengthening P3.

P3 is thinking that it's still P2! I'm still losing weight. Three days in a row of losing, and today was 1.4 lbs. Kind of a whooshy, if you ask me. I will eat more today and focus on eggs, cheese, cream, butter, bacon, maybe a salad with some nice dressing on it and maybe a chicken thigh with the skin on. If that doesn't work, tomorrow I'll bring out the big guns: Mayo and tuna fish.

Pat, I know you've been around this block a number of times, but expect something different this time! We all slow way down after about the first week, but I'll bet this will be your best round ever. Once you break through a big set-point, you'll find losses come easier.

Paula, hang in there, buddy! Be strong! They say that P3 is much harder than P2, and I tend to agree so far. But they also say this round is much more important than P2. Let's give it our best!

So, let's all have a very excellent week together! Soon we will be on a beach somewhere and we want to look and feel our best. So let's do this thing

I think this happened to me in R1 - I lost a little at first - mostly because I was 'ascared' . Try to slowly get the calories up to BMR - its hard. How about whipped cream (sugar free of course). I bought myself a cream whipper but have yet to use it. I am thinking berries with sf wc for dessert. Taht will pack on the calories.

I hope you are right about the best round ever - I so want to be rid of the dreaded 200's!

160.8 lbs., that's up .6 lbs. from yesterday.

I'm not upset because it probably has something to do with some very nice 'quality time' with my husband last night and a product that contains glycerin. (I thought glycerin was okay?!) But I didn't get to sleep until almost 2 a.m., so that may be having the most impact on this morning's weight. (See what happens when you lose 10 lbs. and start looking and feeling sexier?! LOL!)

i'm trying something different with eating today. will update tomorrow with how it goes.

beezer...good times with dh are always worth a little back-talk from the scale. but my bet is it had more to do with a short night and not the, ummm....product.

OH MY!!!

I find that if I don't get enough sleep, there might be a stall or a little bit of a gain. I would not blame the um, er, product just yet.

LOL! Thanks. I'm sure my husband would be willing to do more field testing with and without the product. (Which is why I'm not mentioning it to him! LOL! I need some SLEEP!! LOL!)

I'm going to buy me one of those things! I forgot all about them. I looked for the sugar-free cans of whipped cream in the store, but it is a rinky-dink store, as I always say and often they don't have what I WANT. Maybe I can find one online.

And yes, I do feel this will be your best round yet! Those set-points are nasty little things. When I broke mine of 177, things got much easier! And they are STILL easier, now that I'm trying to stay stable.

Awww. Worth whatever gain you get! I wonder what I'll be doing with all the extra sexiness I'll be feeling. Maybe I'll turn all that energy into working out!

ummm, beezer....don't you know guys have xray vision and they wouldn't care if we were wearing a potato sack, they'd still only see ONE thing! soooo, good luck with that!

ok here's what i'm doing:

2 "hcg" omelets -- 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites -- (this mornings was flavored with ezsweets, cinnamon, and vanilla; this evenings will be savory with mrs. dash's garlic & herb.)

lunch will be 8oz chicken breast with a smallish salad and WF dressing.

i allow up to 700 calories a day and this is only 504 calories (not counting my 40 cal of fat free half & half in morning coffee).

so basically i'm eating 95% protein today. the salad is just to make bernice happy in the morning.

Okay, y'all. I broke through that stinking 143.3. I am down .3 to 143.0.

Bernice showed up this morning. Hadn't seen that sister since Saturday. I'm hungry since I went, but I also did not eat dinner last night. I ate an orange for breakfast. It's lunchtime now, so I'm about to heat up my lunch. I am going to stay on protocol as best that I can for 2 weeks straight. I have a work luncheon on Friday, June 17 at Maggiano's (nice Italian restaurant). Then on Sunday is Father's Day, and with my rocky relationship with my father, I'm not sure if we'll be celebrating or not. So, that gives me 12 days of being on protocol until that Friday. I'm going to eat as healthy and clean as I can, too. I plan to eat on protocol for dinner that night, if I'm even hungry.

Hubby was really ready to throw in the towel yesterday. I talked him off the ledge, and he is going to stick it out with me for the next two weeks and increase protein if needed to help stabilize blood sugar. He is having some hypoglycemic episodes. Anyone else on this thread do more than 500 calories? What should he shoot for at first?

Congrats to all the losers! TOM needs to LEAVE. That jacka$$! And Donna, you go girl!

I average about 750-800 calories a day now Maggie to compensate for some working out I'm doing and all the extra calories are in the form of protein, chicken breast and 2% Fage mostly. I'm leary of adding extra fruit or bread but since your hubby is a guy that might be okay. I know there are people who lose well using Ezekiel bread on P2 with no problems. A RTD protein shake might help curb some of his hypoglycemia as well.
