Hi CJ,

only day 2 without the hcg and 500 calorie was I hungry. Since eating, I have not been hungry. I fatigue and depression has returned though. I am logging all my food in ****** and it is going well. This is the beginning of day 3for me and I am still below my window. Tomorrow is TOPS and I won't have too much of a loss. When is your meeting? Great 1.2 loss

I'm down another 1 lb. I have a hot, hot 3000 sf house to clean today and the AC is being replaced today. It is 112-115 degrees nowadays here in Mesa. Not looking forward to this and how it may affect my weight tomorrow.

Hi Marie- My weigh-ins are on Thursdays for TOPS. Good going on being below your window. Does that mean you are under your ldw? Or are you under the 2 lbs you can go over the ldw? I'm sorry to hear your depression and fatigue have returned. Could you have a food sensitivity? Did you add back one new food at a time to see if you have symptoms or problems with anything? I think that I am going to try doing that when I start P3. I know I have sensitivities, but I am assuming it is mainly to carbs, but I'm going to see about the foods in P3 as well.

I don't think your client should expect you to clean today with no a/c!

That should say I am in my window. I am not below my window, that would be 2 pounds below 163.8. I am in my window , lol. I can go up to 165.8 without doing a correction day. Unfortunately, I do not have a food allergy problem. I have thyroid problems, but, the hcg seemed to really help it. I guess because it is a hormone. I am on Armour and Wellbutrin XL to help treat the thyroid problem. At one time the Wellbutrin did help with my fatigue, but, not so much anymore. I think I've been on it too long.

Try to stay cool today, and congrats on that pound. That is a wonderful loss. How many more days until you are in P3?

Marie-that has to be such a struggle to deal with the hypothyroidism. I never realized how much it can affect you. I sure hope you find what will help with the fatigue and depression. Okay, I understand now what you are saying with the window. I could logistically end my round after tomorrow and do the last 2 days of VLC without the hHCG....but.....I'm on the fence. I feel like I should go with it until my losses slow down. I honestly don't know how I am getting so lucky with this program. I am really, really rigid with my schedule. I have timers and take my drops at exactly the same time, eat my meals at exactly the same time, and I have water in my hand at all times. I don't just sip it, I gulp several swallows everytime it goes to my lips....I think water consumption is truly key!

tinkerbell-Here is my menu: 3.5 oz of ground chicken breast or hamburger that I have cooked, rinsed and blotted dry or just plain chicken. Sometimes, I eat one whole egg with 3 whites that I scramble into my sauteed spinach. I usually have about 3 cups of some form of approved veggie. It has mostly been cabbage, spinach, celery or romaine. I don't use onion or tomato yet. I know I can, but I find they slow me down a bit as discovered at the very beginning of Atkins. I have strawberries once a day a couple of times a week. I haven't been having them daily. Mainly because I can't seem to keep them in the house with all of my peeps around.

I think some of my success has been that I have been slowly going off my bp meds and they have been causing water retention in the past....

Thank you C'Marie!

I'm down another .6 this morning. I updated my stats with a new mini goal for this round. I guess that means I'm going beyond my initial 21 day round. I do have a little of the drops left and hope they will last until my pellets get here. I have so much nervous anticipation about it, but it's a one day at a time kind of thing....one hour at a time...and quite often, a one minute at a time kind of thing for me.

Down another pound today. Definitely going to be worth my while to extend. I still haven't received my pellets, but I have at least 2 more days of my drops. They were suppose to be a 21 day dosing, but I had to take less of them to control my appetite, so they have some extra days now.

Had a doozy of a house last night that just about kicked my buttocks. This was a 2-story 5 bedroom house with den, livingroom, formal dining, loft and 3 bathrooms. It has a 3-car garage. It had to be cleaned by last night because of a Section 8 inspection today. How in the world this is a Section 8 low-income house is beyond me. A mom with 4 kids is moving into it. How, if they are low income are they going to be able to afford the power through 115 degree summers! Scratching my head. Anyway, the crew was a day late in getting the AC units (two of them) installed. We were stuck cleaning it afterall when it was 104 degrees downstairs and 113 degrees upstairs. I am a red head with fair skin and I was beet red! I also got a lovely heat rash even on my face. We were there till 1 a.m., so I am pretty spent today. I am grateful it didn't wreck my weigh-in. There is always an upside to every story! :0)

CJ you are doing so great. Keep it up. All your hard work and efforts is paying off. In a way, I wish I would have gone alittle longer, but, my head just wasn't in it. Stay in P2 as long as you can.

TOPS was cancelled yesterday so no news there .

My guess is that the utility bill is also subsidized!

Really? Why would our tax dollars......um.....nevermind. I cannot bare to taint this board with political nonsense....

I have an escape route in case my head falls out of the game. I had planned for 21 days. I have accomplished that. Now, I am doing a one day at a time kind of situation. I guess I am really hoping I can stick to my goal of finishing the bottle....but, sheesh! This bottle seems like that never ending supply of oil mentioned in the Bible.

I'm down .2 this morning. I'm curious to see how the TOM is going to affect my results. It's due in a few days......

Oh, you do not even want to get me started on that discussion, LOL.

You are doing wonderfully. Day 25 was my first day with no hcg. I wish I would have gone to 30. You will know when the time is right.

I'm so close to thinking I'm going to end this round!!! I don't know if I will wake with a much better attitude or if this day has just hammered the notion into my head. I think I won't be taking my drops tomorrow. I'm scared because today I was just hungry, hungry, hungry. I even had the burning in the stomach agitation! I don't know how tough a low cal day without drops will be, though..... My brain is screwed up right now and I'm afraid I'm too close to binging....I need a lobotomy! Incidentally, my husband thinks it should be called a latopomy and the butt a lobotomy...heehee. If that is the case, I need a latopomy as bad as I need a lobotomy!

Hi CJ! Long time no chat, but I'm happy to see all of your progress, and I hope all is well after your hungry day. You have been doing so well -- just move to P3 when your body says it is time (and it will), then stabilize for a few weeks and you can move back into P2. It's a marathon, not a sprint

I am excruciatingly depressed! I used to have extremely severe PMS...more like PMDS! I was then diagnosed with PCOS. I then had my 4th son and my periods returned to completely normal by the clock every month and I haven't had any emotional distress before my cycle for the past 5 years.....NOW....this is the first month that I have felt completely awful emotionally. Could it be the hHCG? I'd like to think it isn't, but it is so odd that it is hitting me this hard. I am up a few pounds....I haven't been drinking my water like I was on P2, though. Today, I really hit the water hard. I am also premenstrual and usually gain quite a bit during my cycle.....The combo is just odd for me emotionally. I needed to see the scale behave as I entered into P3, and it isn't! I want to do a correction day, but I feel like it's all from the period. Yet, I'm still concerned. Do you do a correction day when you know you are hormonal??? I'm going to post this on its own, cause I think I need some help.

Hi Zbunny- have you started P2 again? How is it going? I'm trying to read on the board as often as I can, but it's been a crazy 4 days and this next week is going to be pretty chaotic as well. So, hopefully I will see you doing well when I pop in for visits. :0)

Hi CJ,

how are you doing today? I do think the hhcg does cause some issues with hormones. I know with MYSELF, I started some breakthrough bleeding, and didn't want it to continue so I went to P3. It was time anyway. I've seen some people post that they've had very long cycles. I do think there is correlation. I hope you are feeling better. This is day 12 on P3(not counting my 2VLCD's without hcg) and I am really loving it. I've remained well within my window, no problem. I posts my stats daily to the left. I am using ****** and for once I feel in control instead of the food controlling me!

Hi CJ I hope you were able to resolve your distress issues. That sounds awful -- hopefully it went away of its own accord after a couple of days.

I am back in P2 -- my first VLCD is today, and whooo, boy, do I need it after a crazy loading session! I'm up 10.6 lbs. in just a couple of days! Seriously! I gained about 4 lbs. last time I loaded, so this was truly a shock -- but I can feel every ounce of that extra weight hanging off my body, and it needs to leave ASAP! I'll let you know how it goes these first few days as I lose this load weight.

Hope all's well!
