I appreciate everyone's answer to my many ?s. Are re-feed days the same as loading days and do you take HCG during this time? Do any of you have interruptions? I have a Father's day dinner coming up at a sushi restaurant and then a wedding on July 9th. Will one meal cause me to gain that much weight? It seems like it's such a rapid weight loss that one meal won't hurt that much. Should I start HCG after the wedding or just start now?

I did briefly read the link on re-feed days and didn't find an answer.

A re-feed day is not the same as your loading days.

While YMMV on re-feeds, my personal experience was that 2 bowls of Kashi cereal and 2 bagels with lowfat cream cheese - this is one meal, albeit insanely large - caused me to gain 2.6 lbs the very next day. :blush:

I'd like to point out that loading days are a part of the original protocol, and refeed days are a more recent addition to some folks' plan. There are no refeeds in the original protocol. Some folks use them as an option for various reasons.

Not trying to judge, just wanted to point this out since the OP is new to hcg.

Thank you. I'm planning on purchasing the homeopathic hcg pellets from Netrition and following protocol. I appreciate the info, it sounded like re-feed and loading days were the same thing.

Sometimes refeeds are done to mix things up like an apple day. They can last one meal or two days. Sometimes refeeds are done to include a special meal such as a birthday dinner. They seem to be most successful when being low carb. I have had both good results and poor results but mostly a get a boost in rate of loss after a re-feed.
