load day 2 today...anyone starting tomorrow (5/31)

i have to start tomorrow. i just heard a family vacations was scheduled for the end of June...thats not very far away!! 22 at the least...maybe a few days later.
Thats only 22 lbs at a pound a day.

Yes I have done this before, but then I drifted.....I thought I could do it my way which didn't work! LOL This time I am going to do it the right way, we are going on cruise in July and there is no way I want to look like this.

I started today. Never done this diet. I have about 75lbs to lose. I am hoping to lose about 25lbs per round. Is this possible? I am excited to begin this journey

Depends how long your rounds are

My stats:
R1 32
R2 23
R3 18
R4 17
R5 12

These are all NEW Virgin weight - any load or 2-3 pounds gained between rounds is not counted twice. Total weight lost 102 in 5 rounds.

My first round was 40 days, second was a little shorter, maybe 35. Third was shorter, probably 27 or 28 days (don't remember), 4th was 40 days, but I had regained some weight over the holidays and loaded BIG - was up 11 pounds! 5th round, I took a break in between of 2 weeks and gained but got it back down and finished in 40 days.

Sample meals:
Very simple. Beef one meal, chicken or fish the next. Spinach, lettuce, cukes, or cabbage. Once in awhile, radishes. Apples one fruit, strawberries usually the 2nd, unless I skipped the 2nd. Sometimes I used the melba/grissini, sometimes I didn't. Lots of coffee-if I used any milk in my coffee, it was limited to skim-2% and only the one tablespoon. Lots of water. Lots of lemonade made with stevia and the "juice of one lemon" allowed daily. I usually "poached" my meat with water, and sometimes used extra water and extra spices to make "soup" to fill up. Once in awhile would subb the 1% cottage cheese or one egg and 3 extra eggwhites as protein.

I finished load Day 2 today and will start VLCD tomorrow May 31. Soooo ready to feel light and clean again. I remember loading for Round 1 being so much fun, but not this time!

I had my 1st loading day of my 1st round today. Doing second loading day tomorrow, May 31st. I am wanting to lose about 60 pounds all together. And I'm hoping to be able to stick it out for a 40 day round my 1st time if I can hang in there that long. Good luck!

Also ..I had a question..(Already!:blush: haha)

My first round I ordered the hcg platinmum (8-10drops 3x a day) online with a helpfull coupon. Two days ago I stopped my a GNC to get a bottle cause I didnt want to miss my new start date and the salesman sold me HCG Platinum X-30. I noticed the bottel was larger and when I asked him about it he said the were the same thing just that the manufactors had just changed the bottle..?? I didnt ask to many question as I just WANTED my drops. Then when I got home and really started looking at then and reading the back..Im not sure If they are good..the same..better..? With these it says to take 30 DROPS 2xs a day! really?! What th heck? Then when I googled the they say the have NO Hcg in them...WHAT? They even broke down the ingrediants and said what they did none promoted weight lose. I'm nervious

I am starting my VLC tomorrow as well! I was so stuffed yesterday eating mostly LC Good luck to every one starting today

Here is what I ate yesterday ( I Lost 3.2 lbs overnight !!):

Lunch: chicken, 1/2 cucumber, 7 strawberries, 1 melba toast
Dinner: fish, cabbage, 1/2 grapefruit, Grissini
Drinks: 3 cups of coffee, 4 32 oz water, 2 cups of weightless cranberry tea

I bought the ones from Walgreens and they had no hcg in them either. But they worked!! I say since you already have them you should try them.

Yes, you buy the hcg. I have the homeopathic hcg and my brand is called "Evoke". You CANNOT do this diet without either Rx hcg or the homeopathic version. I paid about $30 for a 2 oz bottle and it will last me for 1 40 day round. There is a specific food plan and food list you have to follow in order for this to work. Google "Pounds and Inches by Dr Simeons" . His instructions are in that manuscript.

Nope. The Evoke I got online. I used the one from Walgreens earlier in the Spring. I cannot remember the name of the Walgreens one. The bottle is long gone now.

I am about 60lbs away. That was just 1 baby and 3 years ago...ugg!!

I have never been much smaller than this, maybe 10 lbs smaller. This was after my 2nd little one. i did lowcarb to get here It was about 3 or 4 years ago. It was before I had my 3rd little one. About 170 I think!!

Because Walgreens had recalled it!! And it was 2X the price. So I went back to what I was comfortable using.
