Loading today!
What should I eat? I was so excited for this day and now I am so concerned to make sure I eat the right things!
Anyone else loading today and tomorrow? |

I started loading yesterday. I had bacon, ham, hamburger, ice cream. Today for breakfast I had eggs w/ham and cheese. I've also eaten alot of cashews and a bit of ice cream. I'm really full, but know I need to eat a bit more. I also drink coffee w/half and half. Tomorrow I will be starting the plan!

I start loading for another round tomorrow. I have a package of fatty chicken thighs, coconut oil and full fat Fage get me started. And then I have a container of heavy whipping cream and peanut butter that I need to finish before I head into another P2. I'll probably have some ice cream and a few Fritos thrown in their too for good measure

I loaded last weekend: bacon, HWC, eggs w/butter, cream cheese, coconut oil.
I wish I'd thought of peanut butter! I haven't had it in a year. Drats! |

I loaded sunday and monday and now I am wanting to put off p2 until tomorrow morning. Didnt get a chance to eat my mac and cheese, lol.

I got my TOM while loading and I probably still have a few more days of it. I was going to start VLCD today and I know alot of people just go ahead and start anyway but what exactly is the protocol for TOM - or is it whatever you feel is right for you?
