I did!
It went very well. The first 10 days were the hardest because I was so hungry (I was on the wrong dose at 125 (injections), and was so strictly protocol that I didn't dare go up on my dose). I lost 26.1lbs in 40 days. Before that, I spent 30 days on South Beach induction and only lost 10lbs. |

I did. It was a great experience. I had great losses the first, second and fifth weeks and very slow progress the 3rd and 4th weeks but stuck with it and finished well. I had hoped to lose 30 lbs in 40 days which probably wasn't realistic for me. I lost 24 and really was happy with it. I was very stable during p3 and p4 and was able to eat a lot without gaining those 6 weeks. I'm in my 2nd round now and losses have been slower but I feel great and imagine things are a bit slower this time since I'm now in the "normal" weight range.

I did 44 days - it was challenging but very worth it. I stalled totally in my second and third week (up and down the same 3 lbs for two solid weeks!) but lost a lot of inches during that time. I lost well in weeks 4 though 6.... but by week 6, I was feeling very depleted and ready to end the round.
I got almost all the way to goal in that first round, and have just been fine tuning since that time. |

I did. Exactly 40 days, injections, lost 32 pounds. Maintained very easily. Was sicker than a dog for almost a week from detoxing, got a rash that wouldn't go away for awhile and was too afraid to use my normal cortisone cream on it so I used aloe vera. It was a fight, but I WON. Once I got past that it was great.

I just did 36 days. I would have done 40 but I have to travel. I lost 20.6 lbs which works out to .57 lbs a day. Probably would have lost 1 or 2 more if I could have done the full 40. I also slowed down in weeks 3 & 4 but this last 10 days was a barn burner! I lost 10 lbs on WW in 4 months previously. This was a huge success for me. Hard sometimes, but worth sticking with.

I just completed 40 days on drops. Lost 22 pounds. It went very well, but started to get hungry the last 4-5 days of the round. Today is day 1 of P3.

I did 38 days. Lost 35lbs. It got really tough towards the end and i didnt quite make it to 40 but i was really happy w my results! Hubby did it with me and got similar results. We are now on R2 and doing 28 days. So far so good. I started with a 10lb gain over my LDW and have lost that and an additional 11lbs so far. We're on vlcd #15.

Im midway through my 40 day round exaclty, today is day 20. Thiis is also my first time using hcg. Ive lost 13 lbs.
I have deviated from protocol quite a few times though ( 4 to be exact ) so my losses arent as good as if you stick to protocol. Im finding as weeks go on ( im in week 3 now ) its becoming harder and Im feeling more and more hungry as days go on. On day 24 I am going to up my injection dosage up .25 and see if that helps with hunger. I hear 40 day rounds are difficult towards the end, but I need 40 days. I have over 60 lbs to lose. Good luck everyone will be here for you! |

My husband and I did a 40 day round. He lost 49 lbs and I dropped 32. We were beyond thrilled with those results! Some weeks were easy, others very difficult (mainly toward the end).
My best advice is to plan ahead so you don't get caught unprepared. We both had a few "imperfect" days and each time it set us back a couple days loss. I didn't find this site until I started P3 but I wish I had it during P2. Everyone is here to help so be sure to ask your questions! Good luck to you! |
