something kind of funny I've noticed...
I rarely tell people when I'm dieting. for one thing, it's not really their business and when people hear details of WHATEVER plan it is, they have criticisms (as they eat a sandwich on white bread, chasing it with aspartame laden diet coke...HAHAHA).
anyway! the funny thing: if you tell people you're on a diet, they try to sabotage you ("you can just have a bite/little piece!" "you can treat yourself just this once!"). BUT if you tell them you're on a cleanse (which this diet kind of is as a side effect), they try to help you ("don't eat that, it has sugar in it, it'll wreck your cleanse!). has anyone else noticed this?? ![]()

It's true! I simply told people I was doing a detox-- and indeed I was. I actually couldn't believe the amount of detoxing I did in my first p2, and it kept the saboteurs away as well.
