Medium Apples Instead of Large Ones for Apple Day
Does anyone know how many calories are in an apple day and can you substitute medium apples for the six large ones and if so, how many?

****** says medium apple (2-3/4" diameter) = 72 cal
Large (3-1/4" diameter) = 110 cal I don't have P&I in front of me, but I recall that he says to eat 6 apples. He didn't care if they were large or not, so I know for sure that you are not required to eat large, you just can if you feel you need to, but 6 is the number -- you can't have more if you pick small ones. Have you been stalled for 4+ days? |

This ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ You get 6. Doesn't matter size. Just 6. So pick out the biggest ones and use them. Otherwise you get 6 small. I have not been able to get in all 6 on an apple day. I usually get in 5.
