An interesting recipe I tried:
Tilapia filets: lime juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper, Dijon mustard (mine has no added oil or sugar, just mustard seeds and vinegar in it) Baked at 375 about 25 minutes until fish was white and flakey I never had mustard on fish, but I had read a Dijon chicken recipe and thought what the heck? Of all the ways I have tried to prepare fish, these tasted the best. sorry no measurements, I do the pour and pray method LOL. |
