For those who normally (while lowcarbing) drink heavy cream in their hot tea....

I normally drink my flavored, herbal hot tea with NuNaturals stevia and *lots* of heavy whipping cream!

I'm thinking of trying the Good Earth Sweet and Spicey Tea that everyone is raving about when I start the hcg but I'm having a real tough time imagining drinking a hot tea without my beloved heavy cream!

I know you can have one tablespoon of skim milk per day but I won't even bother with that.

I might end up having to give up my hot tea while in P2. I realize I will have to experiement with this. Just wondering what other's experiences have been like.

I'm a HWC but in P2 I compromise and have half and half around 4 tbsp. in two big mugs of coffee and it hasn't affected me, I still lose fine. But you know what I'm going to say next right? You have to experiment and see what works for you

Btw, when are you starting your first round?

Thanks mymy! Yes I know I will have to experiment. I was already thinking that but I went back and edited my original post to include it so hopefully everyone doesn't tell me the same thing!

My plan is to have my 1st loading day on Monday, May 30th (Memorial Day)

I am not a big coffee drinker but when I have it I do put lots of cream in it. But for some reason, if necessary, I can tolerate coffee without cream much better than flavored hot tea without cream. Don't know why.

I think the a little of the HWC wouldn't be a problem either but since I can have more half and half that's what I go with I do measure it very carefully though...

I'll be starting another round the same time as you, I'm still contemplating if I'm going to do a full blown load though

I can't do a "little of the HWC". I am very much an all or nothing girl (unfortunately)! I might have to consider the half and half though

I actually weaned myself off my 160z coffee this week in preparation for my R4P2 starting Monday. I am so sad! It's 12oz of coffee with 4oz of half and half with 4-5 pumps of sugarfree french vanilla syrup. I our Keurig. I have thought about ordering some green tea to help with bloating, but meh... we'll see.

Hi! Was just looking at your stats (very nice). Just wondering how much of that is hcg loss?

I have started using the Mini Moos, half and half. It comes in the individual servings and is 10 cal/little cup. I found them in the coffee aisle. This way I know exactly how much I am using.

I was a coffee mate addict before Hgc... I would have a little coffee with my coffee mate and sugar

Hi Dreamchaser! Thank you so much! All of my weight loss has been with HCG. I tried the South Beach induction for a month and lost 10lbs, only to gain it back.

i love my chai tea with a couple TBS of cream, but i also like green tea with nothing in it----so i am just having the green this round, i do not want to mess anything up with the cream, so i can live with the green for 21 days---hoping for a big loss at the end of the 21---it will be well worth it--

I have never tried green tea, only the flavored kinds. Maybe I should try the green tea too. Thanks for the suggestion.
