I am HUNGRY....don't understand why!

Ok...why am I hungry right now?? My stomach started growling about 30 minutes ago. I took my pellets as I normally do this morning, and I have so far had one cup of coffee. Just ate my 1/2 grapefruit but I am still hungry....what is going on?? What can I do??

I just went and got another cup of coffee to see if that helps. I don't want to eat my lunch this early....UGHHHH!!!

What day are you on? Did you take more or less with the pellets?

Connie, some days just work that way, but you could try taking 1 or 2 more pellets and see if that helps ward it off... some days might just need "tweaking"...

Did you eat your dinner early last night? Sometimes the growling can't be helped, if your stomach has been empty for too long!

I think just the opposite - maybe the system has an over abudance now. I would cut the drops/pellets down. I found that for ME later in the round I had to cut them down several times to achieve no hunger. Also though - for ME - the first 21 days I was starving.

With my pellets (Intermountain) LESS was the way to go to kill hunger. I went down to only dosing in the morning and evening. Worked very well..

Really??? I am taking Intermountain as well...maybe I will try that. so you take 3 2x a day?

Yesterday on my way home from work I was starving, couldn't wait to get home for dinner...dont' think that's how its supposed to be.

I did loose 1.2 yesterday however but I was hungry at times and I know some have practically no hunger at all which is why I am a bit concerned...

When I was in P2, I started out taking the recommended dose, then started to feel hungry, upped it like someone suggested, got worse, so I reversed it. I took three pellets when I woke up about 6am and three before bed, around 9pm. I found out by accident when I forgot my pellets one day at work, and I wasn't starving when I got home!

Fruit caused tummy pains and growling for me if I ate it alone. Especially citrus fruit. Try an apple in the am instead?

Before you adjust your pellets you really should try skipping a dose or two, it saves you time in the long run. I usually skip two doses but one is fine, after your skipped dose guage how you feel. If you feel better (less hunger) you've probably been taking too much so reduce, if you feel worse (more hunger) you're probably not getting enough so up your dose. Whether you increase or reduce I'd do it in small increments like a single pellet until you hit your "sweet spot"...good luck!
