Waving hello . . .
Hi all!
Long-time LCer and LCFer (as you can see from my profile) -- sheepishly returning with weight gained. I've just started HCG, and so far am loving it! I'm on R1P2 D10, and have lost 12 pounds (from pre-load) so far. Love how I feel, strong and clear-headed. No dizziness or weakness here, thank goodness! Anyway, looking forward to reading more and learning! (yes, the screen-name more reflects and Atkins WOE, but I won't change it -- but I promise that I'm not eating a lot of bacon just yet!) |

wish i could understand the ghcg lingo....like "d10" "p3" ect,, i thought of doing hcg sometime this year. im just terrified of the 500 calorie thing :/
