I noticed the carb count was rather high on the Zevia when i saw it one day @ Whole Foods. I only bought a single can and then only drank half of it. It made me nervous. I cant remember what was in it that made the carb count so high. Anyone know?

I am just now looking at my can of Black Cherry Zevia. The carbs come from Erythritol. But that is just a liquid sweetener. There are no calories and no net carbs in the drink. That means that the liquid sweetener doesn't count in the end. I don't buy these often because they are soooo expensive. I have part of a 6-pack leftover from a few rounds ago LOL.

I drank Zevia during my second and third round of P2 with no problems. The funny thing is, I'm not even a soda drinker--I love water. But I started to feel like I needed "something" that tasted sweet in P2. I didn't drink more than one can per day. Good luck with your P2!
