Way to go on the 1 pound lost.

What did you eat to get up to 3000 calories? It does seem like your body needs alot that is good it is better to have to eat alot then to have to watch everything you put in your mouth.

Twin-LOL! Hope you had fun at Schnepf farms. We've done that before and it's so nice. The weather has been so nice!! Glad you're settling in to P3!!

I'm up again today, but I ate myself a bit silly last night. Popcorn and malted milk balls at the movies etc. I knew I'd be up today, and I am. Back to 155. Where I usually am when I go a bit more crazy w. the sugar or starch. I'll do a CD tomorrow and be back to about 153ish. I seem to be in a stable routine, but not where I wanted it to be. Stable it stable I guess. We'll see. Maybe if I stabilize btw 153-155 I can eventually lose back down to 150? We'll see. .

Let's see... I ate yogurt and berries. HWC and more berries. Ground beef and cheddar cheese. A whole lota BACON. And a couple of oopsie rolls. This on top of two sausages, two eggs, avocados, tomatoes and coffee with HWC for breakfast. Oy!
