SOOOOO glad I didn't use my second weigh in for my recorded weight yesterday!!! Today I am 224.8, which is -.6 from yesterdays weight VLCD4 today. DANG IT!!

Interesting to read how weird this round has been for many of us. Position of the moon maybe? LOL

My body is tired, achey, weak and I am having a hell of a time focusing. I'm going to make tomorrow my LDD and move to P3.

I've only lost 10 pounds this round but I am down a size so I will take that and run

I hear that, I exercised daily for a minimum 1.5 hrs m-f for a solid 7 weeks earlier this year and I only lost 2 POUNDS!!!

Considering this is only VLCD4 for me and 2 days loading and I'm down 6.4 lbs total...I'LL TAKE IT AND RUN!!!!

I seriously feel so much better about myself knowing I am doing something about my weight and it's ACTUALLY WORKING!!

It is nice to be a size down even if the scale weight isn't what you want it to be good job.

So only down 0.4 and back where I was after gaining 0.4 yesterday! Stall time! I might have to call it early if this continues! I have 7 more days of shots, but as usual, nothing is happening and I am getting frustrated. I could almost see the light at the end of the tunnel for reaching goal, but nada now!! I keep telling myself, any day now, you are going to have a whoosh and make it worth it, but its not happening... boo! Well I did my shot already this morning, so I will see what happens tomorrow morning and maybe take the day off exercise, and then do my shot tomorrow. IF my weight is still not moving, I might call it tomorrow and then go to P3 on Saturday! Not my original plan but I will go crazy if I am not losing and still on P2!!! Hope you all have a better start to the morning than I did!!!

Yeah, I had my whoosh then it whooshed back the other way! Like I said, I am actually glad that I didn't take yesterday as LDW because then I would be only 0.4 from the top of my window. In some ways it's not bad to stop a little higher.

Seems a lot of us struggled this round. Give your body a rest and I bet you see some nice losses when you start up again.

Yeah, but the thought of dragging it out all summer might make me want to try the interruption, and see what happens!! LOL I feel like you though, SO SICK OF P2.....

Hi all! I just started loading on Saturday and Sunday and yesterday (monday) was my first 500 cal day. I lost 4 lbs! Yay! That's awesome but I sure feel yucky today!!

I'm down 1.0 today! Big loss two days in a row for me. Rare and I'll take it! I may lose it tomorrow but I'm keeping it today. I'm on day number 26 VLC and lost more already this week than last Not complaining though!

Hell no, I won't want to jump back into P2 with only 13 days of P3 under my belt. No way...no how! I am taking a break and won't be seeing P2 until later this summer. Yikes...I like P3 and P4!!

This is a tough round for me mentally but I'm determined not to quit until I get back DOWN to my lowest weight this round prior to my interrupt (and then hold it a bit - no hit and run this time!!!!-that doesn't work for me!) so excuse me while I whine a little here and there. I promise it won't be much.

I fell yesterday on my tile stairs and am very sore. At least I fell UP the stairs and not DOWN. I twisted my back and hurt my knee and my shoulder. I had to take a muscle relaxer and I know that always makes me retain water, so even if I am only down .4 this morning I'm closer than I was. 2.4 more and I will be back at my lowest weight ever in adulthood since high school, which I hit briefly just before my interrupt --- and then I want to go down a bit more before I stop.

The only iffy thing for me is my niece's 2nd birthday party this Saturday. If I think I could take a 4 day interrupt (I'm on shots so 72 hours without hcg and on VLCD and then ONE day on P3 and then start shots very next day) again I would do it - but the thought of doing another interrupt and then coming back to P2 AGAIN just creeps me out since I am mentally so not there with P2 anymore. Just trying to keep talking to myself --because it's more important to me to get stable this time before stopping and stay stable in P3 when I stop for reals. I just am tired of P2. I usually do 30-40 day rounds to eek the most out of them.

Thanks, TwinMama. I am still very sore tonight. I twisted when I fell so my ribcage in the back hurts quite a bit and my right shoulder and left knee especially.

I am going to hold of deciding on whether to do another interrupt tomorrow morning when I weigh. If I'm stuck again, then I will probably go ahead and do one. If I am seriously down in weight, I probably won't. Whatever I feel like then is what I will go with. Part of me says I won't really be able to eat much there anyway, but part of me says heck ya, at least you could eat bacon and eggs and mushrooms and a glass of wine with your brother. (REFEED without hcg) and then maybe the losses would start again. I dunno. Tonight I'm having tea and a boiled egg for dinner

Day 5 of P3 and I am still in my window!

More importantly, I tested my almond sensitivity last night. You might remember my having almond sensitivities in my first couple of rounds so that last round I used a laser technique to clear the sensitivity. Well, I have been afraid to see if it worked.....until last night. Have I mentioned how much I love mug cake?

Well, I enjoyed my mug cake for a big snack last night topped with whipped cream. I had no tummy pains as I have had previously....and I did not have the big weight gain this morning.

Yeah for me...and Yeah for mug cake!!

Mug Cake
2 Tlbs. Almond flour
1 1/2 T xylitol
1 Tlbs. cocoa powder, heaping
1 egg
1 1/2 Tlbs. half and half or cream
1 Tlbs. Butter or coconut oil
Splash of Vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Mix all dry ingredients in mug, add egg and blend thoroughly. Add milk, oil and vanilla and mix. Place in 1000 watt microwave for 90 sec. Do not cover mug. Cake will rise. Let cool and place on plate. Add a little whipped cream to top

Yeah for sticking with it when times are tough!!! I have dropped a full pound today!!!! Yeah!!!

Peggy--a bit jealous of your yumminess, but glad to see your laser treatment worked for the almonds!!!! Good for you!!! I cannot wait for MY P3 so I can enjoy mug cake too.
