getting ready...

I plan on starting after TOM, which should be about a week and a half. I am spending the rest of the week making sure I have all the proper foods and lists ready. I want to be as close to protocol as "I" possibly can.

I already have my liquid b12, I saw Potassium mentioned so I bought that. Mine is Potassium Gluconate 500mg. That should be fine right ? Got my digital postage scale out and ready { I am assuming I can use this for my food ? }, got what I need to make my iced coffees acceptable. I am so excited, cannot wait to get this weight off !!

I will use my JASON shampoo, I couldn't find the conditioner to go with it. I may be rogue on this part because I don't really like the shampoo. As far as moisturizer, can I use the organic coconut oil for a face / body moisturizer ?

I did use the Rx, mixed myself and did drops about a month and a half ago, lost 8lbs in a week, but had to stop. I had too much going on at the time. Things have settled, I am almost 1 week into not smoking, in the process of quitting. I also finished school and will be taking the summer off. So now I just have to concentrate on doing this right this time !!

I bought the Intermountain pellets even though I still have 4 vials of Rx. I think the pellets will be more convenient so I am going to try them. I am around 162 at the moment and am looking to get down to around 120. Maybe 2-3 rounds i'm guessing. I think I will be ok for Phase 2, Phase 3 will be another question when I get there.

So basically this is another hello, this is my story. I will be around regularly VERY shortly i'm sure with more questions.

If you are doing strict protocol, the coconut oil moisturizer is out. Neutogena makes a good oil-free face one and most of the Lubriderms are oil free (except the severely dry skin one, I think--just check ingredients).

Congrats on quitting smoking! BTDT and coming up on my 10 year anniversary. One of the very best things you can do for yourself. You won't regret it.

I have been using pellets during the day this time around. I think you'll like them.

You are definitely on the right track. The only thing is I agree with Shelby to not use coconut oil on P2.

to hcg, make sure you load really good enjoy all the foods that you will miss during P2 and load with lots of good fats.

Ok now i'm confused..... I got the idea for the organic coconut oil somewhere in here.... so what do I use it for and which phase then ? I could have sworn we use that in P2, which is why I bought it, lol.
