Oh, roasted for sure! Pre-heat oven to 350. Lay aluminum foil on a pan (I like the non-stick stuff). Put cleaned asparagus on pan and squeeze juice of 1/4 to 1/2 lemon over it. Top with salt & pepper. Roast in hot oven for 15-20 mins depending on how soft you like it.

I normally steam it and put sea salt on it. During P2 it seems like my taste buds have detoxed or something and so fresh veggies actually taste sweet to me a lot of the time.

I steam mine in a little chicken broth in an open skillet so i can watch it. Then season with a lil sea salt. I dont like it too soft. It's delish!
