You can use stevia and truvia.

I do recall it is ok. Sweet N Low is Saccharin I think.

I prefer Stevia for my lifestyle but in a pinch, I reach for the pink packet.

I have used it - I think nutrasweet is the bad one. Saccharin has been around long enough to be considered pretty safe. And they had it in Dr. S's day. It got a bad rap for awhile, but I think it's a reasonable substitute now and then for stevia.
