I get a tad bit hungry mid-morning, but nothing terrible. I don't eat anything til lunch time (11:30 - noonish). I dose at 7:30 / 8:00 am. Then around 2:00. Then around 7:00. I've changed it some and don't always stick to those times. Sometimes I forget the middle dose and have to dose the last two closer together.

It all works out in the end.

I did measure when I first started, but still haven't taken pics. I need to get that done. :blush:
