Anyone using drops AND pellets together???

Wondering if anyone is using the drops and the pellets simultaneously and if so when are you taking which and are you taking before or after you eat???

Me me! I take drops in the morning and evening at home. Morning, before eating (obviously), evening, after eating and right before bed. Pellets, midday. Sometimes, if I'm feeling really hungry, I take them around 11:30, before lunch. Mostly I take them around 2pm, after lunch.

Thanks for the quick response! I am thinking about ordering some drops to use at home and do the pellets at work for convenience. Have you always done both??

i use drops first thing in the morning (6ish) and then around 8/9pm. I use my pellets around 2/3pm bc it's easier to bring to work and keep in my purse. the only complaint i have is always worrying about whether my purse is near any electronics, so as to not deactivate them. uggh! i won't even put my iphone in my purse. it's not a deal breaker, just a pain. :-)

My first round I did two different kinds of drops (one with alcohol and one without) and lost about 24 pounds. This round it's drops and pellets, both Intermountain, and I've lost about 25.
