it says on the bottle that one dose is equal to one injectable dose of b12...so since i dont like shots...and i need energy this is what i got.

I have some B12 complex tablets - I also have a liquid, can't remember the brand - and I bought a 3rd brand from Walmart .... none of them are bad.

hi im new and haven't posted my intro thread but I just wanted to give a bit of b12 info.
Some people cannot absorb b12 when taken sub lingual and injections are needed. With that said, you would usually know if this is you because you would be deficient in b12. Unless you are deficient in b12 you really won't seen any major increase in energy, you will just pee out the b12 and it will sort of be a waste of money. I do say everyone should try the injections though. I know quite a few who add the b12 to their subq hcg injections but I do not do this as I take my b12 intramuscular. |
