3x10 or 6x6??? HELP!

So the last couple days ive been alot hungrier. im only on vlc day 5... so its not immunity. i have been really hungry at and after bed. so im going to go to 6x6. but its hard to figure how to dose around meals. i know 15-20 minutes before the meal at least...but how long AFTER the meal should i be sure to wait before the next dose?

i think its the same, no eating or drinking 20 min before or after you take the med and same after you eat....double check me someone...cuz i just ate and i need to take my pellets (i always think of me being a rabbit when i say that...why arent they just pills lol)...

I saw Shelby post 20 before and after...so i think you are right!
